This location is utterly disgusting and takes half an hour or more to get through the drive-thru on any occasion. They force people to pull forward and sit in line until they figure out how to do their jobs. I've personally paid and pulled forward and waited over 20 minutes for my food here. The manager here should be fired immediately. I've never had my order correct either. Sincerely hope this disgusting food chain goes out of business.

I caught them handling the food without gloves.they got upset when I mentioned it. No one behind counter was wearing gloves while handling food. The manager was on site as well. One employee behind counter pants hanging down so far I could see his ass. Don't eat there

Been here twice. It was even worse the second time. Worst Wendy's ever. Cheese not melted on burger, soggy tomato, wilted lettuce, and had to wait forever even though I was one of just a few people there.

Every single time I come here the window people are rude and they always always have an attitude. They constantly change their “local discount” policy so you never know if you’re going to get it or not. The Wendys on 76 has them beat by a longshot!! Do better Branson Hills Wendys.

It was ok. There was a 30-minute wait and the staff was obviously overwhelmed not to mention some upset customers(because they had to wait) fries was pulled up as it was cooked, not crispy. but I understand. The sandwiches were ok. Tough all around.

They seem to think a chicken bacon cheese sandwich as the same as a blt I went here to get me a burger and my mom a blt and they put chicken and cheese on it and she hates lettuce and the chicken was nasty so nasty she thought it was fish then when I wanted a refund they fought with me over the refund and stole my receipt I ain't been to a wendy's in years till today I think I'll think I'll be going a lot longer this time around talk about being unprofessional
