Most disappointing visit to a Whataburger ever. We always loved stopping at Whataburger when in the south and were excited to try this franchise but were sadly disappointed. Let’s start by saying as new as it is it was dirty. The drink station was in disarray, tables had not been cleaned. and the bathrooms left something to be desired. They were out of so many things including regular ketchup. Who runs out of ketchup? They were out of medium lids which is what a meal comes with so if you wanted a lid you had to upcharge. They didn’t offer that for free. See photo for the meals they couldn't make because they were out of stuff. They messed up our order plus at least 2 other while we were there. People ordering mobile were unaware of what they were out of so they didn’t know until they got there. And when a guy asked about calling to speak to a manager/owner later he was met with “I don’t know when they’ll be here” and “I don’t know who to call”. Poorly run and portly taken care and it’s very sad to see because it has so much potential with its location. The noise in the back tells me they had plenty of time to come out and clean too! And they were not busy so that was not the reason either. We won’t be back and will just wait till we are in the south to get Whataburger again.

I live in a predominantly in-n-out burger area. When visiting Branson I had to try Whataburger. They didn't disappoint. Burgers and fries are better than in-n-out. Yum!

So far they have been hit or miss but the last time I went. I got food poisoning. I do have a sensitive stomach though but that last visit was rough.

Went for breakfast. What a disaster. The staff at the front counter was trying to handle a disgruntled customer which was taking all his attention. We placed our order and then others did as well. Everyone else received their order and we had not, finally went up and he said he would check on it, another five minutes and we finally got the order. The ice machine in the lobby did not work and had to ask for it to be filled out the drive up. This place is terribly mis managed. Will not go back. I have been to many Whataburgers in other states, and this one is the worst.

There was not enough room to sit down to eat. We along with several other had to sit in our car and eat our food. We are in a tourist town and tourist like to sit down and eat.
Everything was streaming hot ♨️ and delicious 😋!! Open 24 hours

Drive up thinking place was closed cuz no one is here, go to drive thru and wait, and wait, and wait. So I think maybe they are closed?? Go inside and sure enough they are open. I ask if someone is working the drive thru and of course they are shocked and say there is. So I go back thru and wait again, finally… someone answers the drive thru and now I’m waiting behind cars. Get it together manager of Whataburger.
