We went to Pizza Hut Branson Hills yesterday as a reward for some milestone achievement. Yes. Pizza Hut…. Because we haven’t had Pizza in over a year and it sounded so good! Which don’t get me wrong! The pizza was amazing! What pairs great with pizza? A delish soda! We ordered and when we tasted the soda it was pretty ‘off’…. Just nothing about it was right! When you are paying $6 for two sodas, I really expect them to taste good and have plenty of refills. We spoke to the waitress and she said she would tell the manager. We didn’t drink 1/2 of the sodas we were given and no attempt was made to bring us another. At the register I said something again and the waitress said she told the manager and will ‘give’ us 10% off. So I got $2 off my entire order where I paid for both sodas and a pizza, while the soda sat untouched on the table. I would have been much happier to have had a different beverage to drink with my pizza… but that wasn’t offered….. I shouldn’t have had to pay for the sodas we didn’t drink.

Considering I’m in Branson Missouri I got transferred over from one Pizza Hut to another. It’s supposed to be local and they don’t know the address to the Grandview Hotel because I don’t know the physical street address I can’t get a pizza. I cannot believe that with all these hotels here in Branson, none of them named the Grandview hotel that nobody knows where to deliver my pizza to so you lost a customer and I’ll never use Strawhat pizza again.

They are either closing early, not delivering, or just messing orders up. Terrible place. There are other options(Pizza World, Papa John's, or Dominoes). Go with them, leave this place be

Since there’s no menu outside, I asked how many pieces of wings they had. They mentioned 6 but got 4?? Lol ooookay. Can’t offer ranch or sauces but are great at charging. Cmon, no one infront if us and still mess up

We ordered pizza for delivery to the hotel and they said it would be 45minutes to an hour. They did not ask for my name or the name on my credit card. I told them the hotel and room number. I called back after an hour and they said that they could not find me and they had the name Julie. I talked to the manager and he said that they would remake the pizza and bring it right over for free. It took another hour. I called again and the manager said that he was on his way.

Normally Pizza Hut pizza is nothing to write home about, however, we ordered a pan from this store and the crust tasted and reminded me of the pan pizza they served from the early 90’s. We went back again the following week and same thing, It was perfect!

We were craving pizza ... Pizza Hut is usually a safe choice ... this store was NOT disappointing! The pizza, breadsticks and dessert were hot and cooked perfectly. The employee that brought our order to the car was very friendly and made sure we had all the extras we needed. Very satisfied with their service and food!

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut several times in the past and never had an issue. Today I had ordered a hand tossed Super Supreme and it had a chemical taste to the crust and the ham. I won't be finishing it. Hopefully this is just a rare occurrence.
