We were so excited to visit here, but unfortunately one of the workers was very rude and had an attitude with us. We were trying to figure out a way for one of children to have the ice cream not rolled, it wasn’t until after we bought for everyone expect our one child that we noticed they have ice cream that they can just scoop out! She could have said this to begin with and not made an already upsetting moment for child more upsetting. She definitely was not helpful.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I was looking for options that cater to the Alpha-gal allergy, which requires avoiding any products containing milk. Unfortunately, when I inquired about the safe options, the staff didn’t seem very helpful and lacked the understanding I hoped for. I was informed that the so-called Alpha option actually contained milk products, which is a significant concern for someone with this life-threatening allergy. I appreciate the effort to accommodate dietary restrictions, but I think better training on this topic would be beneficial. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending to my alpha gal community.

It was an awesome experience!! Never before had rolled ice cream!

One of our kids has lactose intolerance. When we asked the staff about our options, they pulled out laminated sheets explaining their lactose free ice cream option along with lists of add ins that didn’t contain milk along with other common allergen containing products. Our ice cream was great, the service was even greater. We 100% will return next time we are in Branson. Go get yourself some ice cream and candy and support this small, locally owned business!
