Ordered delivery for the first time via their website, paid almost ~$10 in delivery fees just to get a ham and pineapple pizza that I didn't order 40 mins later. I called back and was told I have to wait up to 3 days for my refund. I wouldn't recommend.

The driver ignored me while I was outside idk if they be high or what but I tried calling them over and they just acted like they couldn't here me so I just went back inside order never came call they say that it was delivered then they said it was delivered to neighbor my neighbor says they didn't accept it then when I say that otp with the store they said they couldn't deliver it and that it was brought back and thrown away they were laughing like some little school girls on the phone so I hung up called back to speak to manager and the manager or somebody claiming to be manager very rudely told me I couldn't get a new order sent out til the next day it was 30 min to close I get it but when I asked for my refund she never initiated it. I think her name was deja or deshay but this place trash they don't make the pizzas right way or size and the people get worse and worse. You all work for pizza hut not yourselves.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION !!!!!Kim baker or faker is very rude had me do all run around after my family got food poisoning last night from they undercooked pizza . . Had me call cooperate called them and they told me call the store . . None of it makes sense and than she wanna send the cops to my house 🤣 . . Very rude customer service ever!!!!

They have mini cinnamon rolls that are amazing *if they remember the icing* half of the time when I order I don't receive the icing on my cinnamon rolls. The pizza is good but too greasy... the chicken nuggets are pretty good, especially the honey BBQ.

I live about 4.5 miles from the location. I'm out of the delivery area. But they suggested doordash. I don't want to pay extra fees. And I can't do carryout because I'm disabled.

The food was wrong, they sent a door dasher who tried to take my order. And I paid to add cheese sticks and received regular bread sticks. Tried to call and was sent to a call center that tried to give me a different number than the store. All subpar for sure. And actually put enough cheese to cover the pizza also fill up your chicken Alfredo I didn't pay full price for a half a pan. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend.

Nope. Just no. Check your order before you walk out. Missing items and burnt pizza. Smh

I don’t normally order food especially pizza hut, but Todd’s was absolutely the best pizza I’ve had. I have a boner from eating it. Either it’s really good or this weed I’m smoking makes it tastes better either way phenomenal. Delivery was only 19 min too
