This location outsources their deliveries to Doordash. I'm guessing this is a top-down cost cutting measure. Pizza Hut gets to keep more of its profits if it has to pay less workers (e.g. delivery drivers). The result is that delivery is painfully slow, and the employees of the store are stuck between unhappy customers and a corporate office that doesn't care. This is mere speculation on my part, based on the other reviews and my own experience.I do wish the employees at the store had been more open to communicate with us that the circumstances of our delivery were out of their control- but I can understand why they didn't. It doesn't feel great to go through the customer service carousel, only to be hung up on.Anyways, it took two hours for delivery to come. By then our food was lukewarm, but edible. Pretty middle of the road, which is all I'll ever ask Pizza Hut to be. That said, I don't think I'll return to this Pizza Hut.

So I got put on hold and then hung up on when inquiring about my order 1 hour after making it. My partner and I then went and got something else to eat, cutting our loses. We then received our order just 3 minutes shy of 2 hours later. I'm not really sure what's going on here, or why Jeneé couldn't have simply told me that my order was being worked on instead of hanging up on me. Just communicate if you're having trouble getting orders out. I make pizzas at work in literally 5% of the time it took me to receive my order. I will continue to order from Domino's instead (crazy how that's turned around in the past few years).

Ordered for carryout due at 8P. Picked the order up at 8:15 and brought home. Ordered extra sauce on two separate pizzas. Discovered both pizzas had no sauce. Called in and talked to a manager who offered to remake and swap the pizzas. Brought back the pizzas and was informed at the counter they had messed up a second time and made the order wrong and would have it redone and ready to go soon. 50 minutes later it was handed to me and the pizzas were burned and one of them with very light sauce, none in the middle. Not coming back.

People working here are great, funny and friendly. But why do I have to pay extra for a "specialty" pepperoni lovers pizza and there's hardly any pepperoni on it? Used to be you couldn't see the cheese there was so much pepperoni on those, not anymore.

They should update there schedule on google. Google said they were open, but when I got there, they were closed.
Ordered online, website crashed a couple times. First time to the Hut in years. They did a great job on our pizzas! Just as I remembered them growing up.I got a call from an associate while on the way to pick up regarding a question with my order. Very well done!Picked up pizzas as they don't have a 'dining room'. Just a good pizza. Sauce great, toppings were great. We got the thin-n-crispy crust and it was perfect with the crust edges cupped up-perfect! Good value. The online survey is impossible to fill out as it is cluttered with pop-ups and dead-links. The product great, the online experience not so much!
