Baby you don't ever have to worry about me ordering this mess again. I ordered through door dash and my order was a mess. The wings were fried so hard, I couldn't eat them. Dry wings with hardly any sauce, sucks bad. My food was cold, which doesn't make sense because my order took way too long to prepare. They forgot the ranch with my carrots. I literally paid $40 for the entire attitude I have right now.

I just took my son for his birthday my bill was 80 something dollars I left the tip in cash but my card was charged $106 when i call up there ad ask to speak to a manager, the person that answers the phone said why do you want to speak to the manager so I had to go all the way back up there?🤦🏽♀️

Our server was really sweet. But I think they only had her and maybe one other person on the floor so it seemed she was stretched really thin. Which isn't fair to her. Our food, which was two small orders of wings, took about thirty minutes.
I would definitely give them a try again because I am sure when there isn't a big rush + short staffed, things have to be pretty good.

I ordered my food and waited for an hour just for the server to tell me there was a mistake with my order and told me it will take 5mins I will get my food and for another 10mins still didn’t get my food. Wasted my time and didn’t get any apology from anyone. I had to leave, seeing everyone that came after me got their food and not me. The service is really bad at this location.

I'm always nervous to check out new BWW locations. We really like our home restaurant, and often, the ones we end up trying disappoint us.
Thankfully, this place far exceeded our expectations. Harmon took great care of us, and the wings were big, fresh, and as-ordered. For some reason, many locations struggle to meet those 3 criteria!
If we ever end up in the area again on a Thursday, I'd return here.

Service was a little slow but it was alright. My appetizer came out after my wings which wasn’t ideal.
EDIT: Visited for dinner tonight 7/17 and they’ve really turned this place around! fantastic service, HOT FRESH chicken, ice cold beer, multiple people checked on us while eating. There are some bad reviews but maybe just try it out, it went very well for us tonight! :)

The customer service here has been horible my past two visits. The customer service is rude and when I just called on the phone today, just to ask about specials. Someone picked up the phone and then hung up. Then when I called back it was all of sudden the line was busy. I know that moved I work in the service industry for years. When you got lazy takeout workers they will answer the call and then hang up, then make the lines busy so nobody can call in. I called you guys at 4:00pm on July 14, 2025

Ordered Thai Curry wings, my favorite flavor. I've eaten this flavor many many times and always loved them. Today I couldn't finish them, they were extremely dry and the flavor was off. I was very disappointed, especially after driving over from Affton after work. The wings almost tasted like they were leftover and then refried from the day before. Not enjoyable at all.

Went to the Ladue area location for a birthday meal and was quite disappointed. Waited to be sat a good 10 minutes when there was hardly any customers, none ahead of us in line. When the host finally came to seat, us he handed us menus and waved toward the dining area before promptly turning to flirt with a coworker. Our waitress was new, which is the only reason im giving this a 2 star for service. She did her best to answer questions and brought us drinks...and we never seen her again. While we waited for our orders to be taken it was difficult to not notice the (lack of) cleanliness. Handprints smeared the partitions and it was obvious the three or four employees were having difficulty keeping up with the 4 customers in the building. To affirm this, the host approached and tried serving us adult beverages we didnt order and about 10 minutes later another server tried serving us food we didnt order. That was the point we decided Subway was probably a better choice.
