If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. All I did was make it to go order for six wings But in my brief time there, the person that served me had no purpose while she was walking. And this is also the second time this place has messed up my order on something as simple as putting in the wrong dip. Call me old-fashioned or a hard ass, but I believe that if you’re on the clock, you should move with a purpose and for the love of God read the tag. Not that hard.

Walked in. 2 adults 1 child. Place had maybe 4 tables of people so it was very dead. Ordered drinks. Reminded them about the drinks after 15 min. 20 min in and still no drinks, so we left. Terrible.

sever never came to greet my family and me after 35 mins the manger came and said give her a min to clean a table once she came back she told me she couldn’t seat us because her server was off and the other one was new after we waited a additional 10 mins for her to clean the table… this was a very unprofessional experience

If i could leave 0 i would came to this location with 3 others.. they only had 3 tables sat why was we standing at the host stand for 10 mins they literally was walking past looking at us as if they didn’t care so we left out y'all need better staff worst location i ever been too!!!!

Exceptionally long wait times for basic service. Currently only 7 tables being served on a Thursday lunch and it's slower than a weekend slam. They're clearly understaffed and underequipped to provide the level of service that customers typically expect.

We came here for a late night bite on a Friday night. Place was not busy but the service left more to be desired. We showed up 2 hours before close and almost felt like a burden. But with that being said the late night happy hour deals were wonderful and the food was tasty as well, the spicy garlic wings are a must have.

Yesterday we waited over one hour for our food and I never got my water, and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. I also watched the bartender take a glass from a guest down the bar from us, and give them a new different beer using the SAME GLASS! So I stopped ordering beer because I didn’t want him doing that to me. When we went to go get the manager, she was very nonchalant, and brought out cold food. She kept forgetting to bring items out, and by the time everything came out, we had lost our appetites. She also didn’t offer any apologies or to take anything off of the bill. After we only ate about half of it. Probably won’t be going back to bdubs smh
Our food took 45 minutes, it came out cold. The bartender refilled my beer in the same glass I drank the first one in and I watched him pour someone else’s beer in the same glass as well. That’s against health code and NOT to anyone’s standard. On top of this, his manager did not help us with our 45 minute ticket time. I had to go find her and talk to her just for her to say sorry and only bring one of the 3 things I asked her for. Her excuse was tickets weren’t printing in the kitchen correctly tonight which is why it took so long. The bartender did the best he could with the lack of help and support from his manager. She needs to be replaced quickly with someone who has pride in their restaurant and their staff. Her energy will feed everyone else’s energy.

Terrible. Stood in a disorganized line, staff didnt know who was there first. Waited for over an hour for food. Wings were terrible still and half the food was cold. People in the kitchen stood talking for the whole time we were waiting. And on top of all of it the waiter was rude. Not worth it
