Absolutely the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever eaten at. We got there around 11:15 on a Sunday and they weren't very busy...people were seated in 2 of the booths and one table had people seated at it. It started out ok..the waitress came and took our order and she was friendly enough but it was 50 minutes from the time she took our order before we got our food. I had ordered the lunch cheeseburger with grilled onions and fries my daughter ordered wings and for my grandsons we ordered the Mac n cheese and fries. My cheeseburger came without the grilled onions which was no biggy but my fries were barely warm and tough. My biggest gripe was with the kids Mac n cheese, almost 7 dollars for their meal and it was inedible the sauce was watery and tasteless and it was cold. And they didn't touch it but ate only the fries. I tasted it to see if they were just being picky and it wasn't good at all. As for being cold these two will eat cold mac n cheese but not nasty mac n cheese. I don't believe the lack of staff was the problem as we observed at least 4 people standing around at different times but I had to flag down our server to get our check and then had to go up to the counter to pay because by this time we had already been the for 90 minutes and my five year old grandsons were ready to go and so were we. We also observed a booth seated before us returning their food for some reason.

Extremely slow and apathetic crew. Was no where near full - about 7 tables sat and not one table has food - and food took 95 minutes for fried chicken tenders which is nuts. The fries were the only thing resembling warm meaning the chicken sat for who knows how long. Table was sticky, bathroom was out of paper towels. BDubs probably was the reason I gained weight in college so I’m usually a fan but I will not return to this location.

We stood at the hostess desk for 5 minutes. 4 different staff looked at us but never helped, 2 of them standing around clearly not doing anything else. I heard a man order chips and salsa to go. He was told 30-minute wait. A dine-in patron said he'd been waiting 45 minutes for his appetizer. We chose to walk out and were followed by a few others who'd been queuing behind us at the hostess desk.

Sat in an awkward booth by the kitchen, only 1 tv faced us. We are a family who is willing to tip well for great service. Put a smile on your face, and talk a little. I have been visiting this location for years due to location only. This last visit will be my last as it is par for course. Anytime you come in the floor is empty of workers except the to go area and the bar, the rest of the employees are always in the back goofing off.So when I came in Thursday I went straight to the bar, it was empty and there was no one around. I sat there for 10-15 minutes before a woman approached me to inform me that there was no bartender working and to go and have a seat at a table. I asked where in particular and she said anywhere was fine. I sat at the partition wall table area and a few minutes later she came back to tell me that I needed to sit in the main dining room. When I went into the main dining area, every table open was dirty, napkins or mystery fluids (Water, alcohol, soda, sauce, etc) I finally found the cleanest one which had water puddles where I sat for another 5 minutes without service as the girls were in the back laughing and goofing off.I can say from the several years of eating here that you will only get service at the bar, as the bartender consistently is the only one who actually cares. The sad thing is you have 1 employee trying to make drinks, take food orders and of course the runners are too busy goofing off in the back so they are having to run get food too.Food is hit or miss, sometimes the wings come out looking like they only spritzed sauce or sometimes they come out in a soup of sauce or sometimes you are left wondering if it is ever going to come out at all. They need to clean house, yes that is a rough thing to suggest but if I were the owner paying the sky-high rent and utilities and overhead, I wouldn't want lazy folks to bankrupt me, which I can assure you they are doing. There are plenty of folks out there that could come in and do a much better job. All it would have taken was a visit from the food inspector to come in and see all of the filthy tables and they would have had a field day and then the manager would have to deal with the aftermath of the goof off time employees.

My waiter was very friendly but the cook was very slow it was only two people Plus my daughter and myself that came in 10 minutes behind each other and we waited close to an hour to get wings and fries. But other than that the waiter was very friendly she was attentive and the food was good after waiting for so long I wasn't even hungry when it came out but hey I know things get behind but it was only four people that was in the area seating area that is and we waited close to 45 minutes for food maybe an hour I don't know I had a cocktail while I was waiting LOLVegetarian options: They had different options for cauliflower wings and other things on their menu that was meatlessParking: It's a parking garage there, but always keep your head on a swivel because there is crime everywhere. Yes, even out here in Richmond Heights, there is a crime, believe it or not.Wheelchair accessibility: As far as wheelchair accessibility you would need somebody to will you to the door because of the parking lot and the way it's made but other than that wheelchair bound people should not have a problem with getting into the doors or to the tables.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Came in to pick up my order that I had placed and PAID for online, and after trying to get even a SINGLE EMPLOYEE to talk to me for an hour, I ended up leaving. I am now trying to get a refund as it's apparently even harder to reach a manager than it is to find an employee. Do not give them your business unless you want to be outright robbed by these people.

After they brought out our food, my order of wings was cold to the touch, it was remade, and I ended up eating after everyone was finished. No bartender so no drinks either after a long trip to St. Louis. Do not recommend this location at all. Service was not great, servers seemed to have no experience whatsoever.
