Door dash here frequently but today was very different and rude . The ginger hair guy in the driver thru is very mean and attitude is horrible definitely don’t know how to talk to folks. Went and made a complaint with the manager on duty and still had to forfeit my order for whatever reason . Definitely won’t be back ever . Hope they close it down actually or get better staff

How do I manage to order my Chick-fil-A breakfast 15 to 20 minutes before breakfast ended? I go to pick up my order, and they don’t have it. The manager acts like I’m not even there, speaks to the other coworker, and goes, “Just refund it.” And they go, “Shouldn’t we give her the receipt?” And he goes no you don’t even have to tell her.” As he stands there looking stupid like I shouldn’t have punched him in his face. Not only that, I was late to work, thinking I was going to have breakfast, but now I’m late to work and have no breakfast. I wish you guys would be better. I thought Chick-fil-A was supposed to have nice workers, not people that ruined your morning before work.

Okay so I love Chick-fil-a salads, but today I visited the Brentwood/Eager, people were ok and they were fast in the drive thru. I get home and in my grilled nugget salad, I noticed this location put cabbage in the mix. I didn't order kale salad.
