The food is always really good. You can get a hearty breakfast or something light and healthy.
Every location is pretty loud because the decor is concrete floors and warehouse ceilings. It doesn't bother me, but I would only eat outside with my mom who wears hearing aids.
If you're trying to eat there on a weekend, check in online! Possibly before you leave the house, lol. There's ALWAYS a wait of 15-50 minutes. But they put out a coffee pot and ice water to make it tolerable.
They're turning tables fairly quickly, so when my friends and I have a leisurely chat, we tip extra (50-80% based on how many hours we tie up the table) and let the waiter know we're doing it. The servers are hustling and get anxious over missed money with how hard they work.
One of the few places in town you can get smoked salmon for breakfast at a really reasonable price.

Kelly, my waitress, was AWESOME! She was so nice and friendly, gave great service and the smile on her face says she loves her job! She made the entire visit incredible. The food was delicious and the portions were huge! I couldn't finish it all. I'm definitely going back!

We went for a couple's weekday brunch, yet we needed to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The second attempt as the previous weekend would have us waiting an hour or more. My expectations soared it must be good to dine here.
Not really. Still had to wait on a slow day at off peak hour. Had our drinks 15 mins after ordering it, our food about 25 minutes after ordering it. Our server was quick and jolly, but she got my meal wrong and when i said it was the wrong dish, she insisted it was. I didn't want to argue and spoil our day so i said I'd have it anyway. I just wish she didn't insist it was when clearly it wasn't and without an apology. They seem to lack workers too as the turnabout of diners is not as quick as expected. Not impressed really.
