Lady working was super rude I guess she was having a bad day or something. No reason to act like that towards customers. If she dislikes her job she should quit because that was an awful experience. Wish I had grabbed her name but I’m sure you can figure out who it was from the time stamp on this review. Definitely not coming to this jimmy johns again lol hire better people.

If I could leave a zero I would. Just received my order, the bread is harder than a crouton (it literally couldn't have been baked today). Asked for Mayo, of course there was none. Completely inedible. I'm traveling for business so I will obviously never order from this location again and I'm not sure I will order from JJs anywhere after this.

I ordered a little John #5 . I got to pieces of cheese with avocado and tomato. I wanted meat on my sandwich. Do better!

Everything I order here they get my order wrong. It's been 3-4 times in a row. Going to give up. The drivers are friendly and fast but the in House employees are not good or friendly.

My regular Turkey Tom only had 3 slices of turkey on it. Ridiculous! I eat Jimmy John's about twice a week (first time at this location) and never had any issues until now. Will never visit this one again!

It took 1 hour for delivery. My job is less than 5 minutes away. I am highly disappointed and this is bad for business. Suggestion: shut down delivery service until you get enough drivers. If I owned a JJ, I would. Other than that, food was delicious as usual.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances we need to make a same day larger order for delivery for our office. Ordering was easy, order was delivery, I was call when it arrived, order was received correct, and within 30 minutes of order. Excellent service!
I agree with a previous review on here about the hot peppers. You ask for extra and they put MAYBE 4 on the entire sandwich. This location is skimpy on basically all toppings.

I just ordered my food and it took 45 minutes to get here. I left a tip where the food was supposed to be. I called and asked for my food was and they said it was already there. Thanks for no tip. They said and called me a B word I hope corporate looks into this because that is horrible and I shouldn't have tipped for the attitude they gave me they don't even deserve a one star

I literally order from this location whenever I work my part time job on Saturdays and they have yet to get my order right. The never cut my sandwich in half as requested, they either forget to give me my soda or the give me the wrong soda I asked for diet coke and received a coke. They didnt put any oil and vinegar or onions on my sandwich and that actually comes on the sandwich. I never get napkins. But guess what I always do.....I tip...I understand that businesses are short staffed etc etc but this is just laziness and lack of care for your customers at this point do better JJ.

I call to see why it’s taking so long and they tell me my order has been canceled. Then the person hangs up on me. I’ll never order food from the Strassner location again. Extremely rude.
