The guy at the front counter was very unfriendly. He did not welcome me nor did he ask me what I wanted. He let me initiate all of the conversation and I ask him about a muffin that was priced on there to go menu for $2.45 he told me that no that's not the correct price and proceeded to look up above him on the menu on the wall for that price to say $4.60. well, I politely told him that your to go menu needs to be updated, and he said nothing. Maybe he was just ready to go home or maybe it's a black and white thing because I guarantee you if I was Caucasian he would have had a different attitude. That was my very last time ever going there it was recommended by my sister because the school district she works for orders from here she talks so highly about their pastries and sandwiches and to get there and not even be acknowledged when I walk in the door is disheartening and unacceptable because he never raised his head until I asked him for a blueberry . He did not say thank you or have a great day. The customer service, there is and you will never ever have to worry me ever returning. I get that people have bad days, but that is not the consumer's fault, nor is it my fault that you choose to be a racist. That's your fault.

Just got food with my partner and the homie with the glasses who worked Tuesday morning was so nice and literally made our day. Didn’t have cash to tip him but hoping he has the best year of his life.Vegetarian options: Has a few options for vegetarians but they are yummy

I love kolache factory, I’m from Texas and they’re all over the place so I was happy to find this one while I’m here. My only criticism would be that the sausage and cheese kolaches that I purchased were slightly undercooked, my kolaches tasted like raw dough.

For online orders, they have a convenient pickup rack & an easy rewards system.Parking: If the lot is full, you can access the adjacent lot.
Every time I'm in town, I need to get kolache. The slinger and ranchero are my go-tos. They're all good and it's perfect because I don't always want something sweet. These are basically savory replacements for donuts.Parking: Very small lot.

I was reminded of my rewards and am loyal to this location. The changes to their new app was a bit frustrating to figure out. I appreciate the collaboration with Upside too.
Wasn't impressed with the kolaches - more dough than filling. Ordered the maple sausage kolache and thought I was getting sausage with a delicious maple sauce. I got a maple flavored sausage link in dough, nothing else.
Food was ok, not bad. Coffee not so much.
