Dined at the bar, soon as I walk up to a spot at the bar I speaked saying hello 2 guys look directly at me and did not speak. Honestly always walked out because it was not welcoming made me feel like I was unconvincing them coming to eat at the bar. The food was excellent as always I been under the weather so Mai Lee once I felt better and could leave my house was the first thing on my mind.
They asked was I dining in or out I said in.. he handed me only a food menu I place my order pho for here vermicelli Togo, then ask for a drink menu he again making me feel like I’m unconvincing him ask what kind of drink menu taking I work in the service industry myself just give me whatever drink menus you have and I’ll order from there I tell him I want tea but looking at other menus maybe seeing my options would’ve been nice. Throughout the dinner anything that was delivered to me I always said thank you and still no response not even a nod. So because of the kind person I am and I work in the industry he could have been having a day I still tipped $12 on my $41 bill which one order was to go.
Wrote all this with saying maybe have better customer service or at least be responsive it comes off rude. Due to the food being amazing that didn’t scare me away.

HUGE MENU. Had to be guided through as there were so many options. Lunch specials were limited so went with a noodle bowl and glad it did. So fresh and yummy. Got it without peanuts. Was perfect.

They need to put on the menu if your shrimp dinner is deshelled or not. Some items wer and some were not. The last thing i want is my hands to smell like shrimp w it under my finger nails

This restaurant was terrible with our pho order. Full of gristle from the meat on top of barely any meat there. Honestly felt targeted with this restaurant's prejudice. Would not recommend to anyone that feels they wouldn't be desired in certain environments.
Me and Hubby went here for a late Lunch today! The cold weather here’s got us craving warm comforting delicious Pho!
We both ordered the “Pho Tai” and shared “Pot Stickers” and “Cha Gio”.
Waitress and staff were attentive and friendly.
Atmosphere was cozy and quiet to moderate chatter among the crowd.
Now we sit here happy and full! 🤍

I’ve been to Mai Lee many times. I always enjoy it but I didn’t give it a 5 star. It was all very good but I find it to be very pricey so for the value, especially for lunch since it’s the same menu as dinner, I’d rate it a 4 star. I started with #37 Goi Cuon Thit Nuong- bbq pork spring roll. It came with fish and peanut sauces and both were very good. This is one of my favorite appetizers. It is a cold appetizer. Then I ordered #144 Dau Hu Xao To- stir fry tofu and veggies in a black bean sauce served with white rice. This was my first time trying this one and I would order it again. It’s not spicy at all, had a nice deep flavor and a good size portion. My friend ordered her usual #11 Pho Ga and loved it.
