I have been coming here since they opened. The food is fresh, plentiful, and consistently delicious. It can get busy during peak times, but that is to be expected with a great restaurant.

I went to dine in a few days ago and we had the most unpleasant experience with our server Duc N, he was extremely rude and unfriendly, for many years we enjoyed this restaurant until now, dining in should be a nice experience especially in this economy

The pho was pretty decent, I replaced the rice noodles with egg noodles. Maybe I should have tried it for the first time the way it was intended.
No one came to check on me to see how was everything, but someone did refill my water 10 minutes after I drank it all. But overall not too bad. No one said goodbye, thanks for the service or anything of that nature as I walked past a table full of workers.

I tried to have lunch here today and had the worst service. After being seated
more than ten minutes somebody from my group had to go to the host and tell him that we weren't sure our waiter knew we were there since we didn't have water or menus. Our waiter then brought the menus and water and we immediatly ordered, only for him to NEVER stop by our table again. We sat there for 40 minutes without being brought any food or even a water refill while watching tables full of people that arrived after us receive their food and be attentively waited on.

I’ve been battling the stomach flu and haven’t had a real meal in three days - down 7 lbs and surviving on crackers. I needed something gentle yet nourishing, so I turned to Mai Lee for a beef broth I could trust. Huge thanks to the cooks for coming through! Also, shoutout to the team, my to-go order was ready in under five minutes!

One of the greatest restaurants in St. Louis. The food is awesome between PHO, Seafood, Lamb, Beef, Poultry, Rice and Noodle dishes! Curry is fantastic.
The ambience is roomy, pleasant & cordial so all the customers feel
Like friends.
I visit a couple times a week because the service is so professional, courteous and kind from one one of my fav waitresses in the Lou - Lam!
She has a great memory, she’s able to handle multiple tables/orders & provide excellent suggestions/recommendations.
Lam is one of the main reasons I visit often because she helps me customize my wife & my orders for healthier appetizer, entree & specialities.
She is very pleasant, very punctual & speedy to prioritize the customer service.

I’ve been visiting MaiLee since they were on Delmar, and I still love their food and service. Lan is my favorite server. I’ve recommended Mai Lee to countless friends. They know me as “Kennedy”
