Ghoul Manifesto

Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Staff took forever making orders, developed attitudes with customers, food was over-salted and overcooked, and staff was blasting gangster music which made the environment unwelcoming. Would not recommend to eat here and find another Panda Express to eat at.

Vibes were good while I stood there for 3 hours. When I asked to wait for more super greens they looked at me like I’d committed arson. I left with a soggy bowl of smelly cabbage. Workers complained about be asked to fill the buffet, almost as if that’s their job.

Food is very sub-par. Not the panda I remember from years ago. Chicken was mostly flour and meat tasted like frozen from Tyson...and was served room temp at best. Broccoli has some rotted parts signaling food is not fresh. Pineapple sweetfire chicken had no pineapple. Overall, not a fan at all anymore. Maybe other locations have better luck but I'm starting to doubt that. I threw it away instead of eating.

This place was dirty. There were napkins and trash on the floor, food bits on most of the tables, and most egregiously - no soap in the ladies' room.

Placed an online order 15 minutes before I got there. Then waited 40 minutes for my food. It was a plate. They only prioritize the people who dine in.

Lack Twin

This was the best service I received in a long time, from walking in to exiting the service was great. The cashier by the name of Myra was amazing she definitely topped off the experience. I will be visiting again very soon.

Koy Range

Don’t order online there’s literally 0 reason to. If you want your points just scan your receipt. It will do the opposite of saving you time by ordering online. They won’t even start it until after you get here majority of the time. I think 1 out of the last 10 times i’ve ordered online it’s been done by the time I got to the store and more often than not i’m here waiting 20 minutes.

We ate at 1:40pm, so the lunch rush was well over. The tables were dirty, the floor was fility, and the restrooms were horrible. Most of the staff were talking or on their phones, and to top it all off, one of the staff was playing their choice of rap music louder than the piped music coming over the speakers. How rude! We won't be returning.
