They were mean and it was gross.Whatever it is they use for steak meat is so disgusting I gagged.I would rather pay more or eat less whatever it takes to get something other than mystery meat.The chicken is good but also questionable texture and made of a hodge podge of chicken bits put into fritters of sorts?In other words they cut corners so hardcore that it has now made the food gross.Also it was cold and the place is filthy.So no.Later panda.Also the staff was mean.Very.Not cool.
i don’t even know where to start with this location. i walked in at around 8:05 pm, a very decent time before they closed, and was told that everything they had was it for the rest of the night. it literally looked like they were serving cold leftovers and they had maybe 5 things to choose from. the people in the kitchen had headphones on while talking on the phone, and listening to music on full blast. you can just tell immediately after walking in that none of the workers want to be there and they definitely don’t care. i know it’s a fast food place but even McDonalds has better service than this location…
I love this place employee antwanette always smiling and asking if there anything else u need and plate be made correct I be very satisfied and appreciate the good service I received from employee at South Hanley
To call the service slow would imply they provide service. Apparently if you order online to avoid the wait means your order will take twice as long to come out.
My order was finally completed 17 minutes past the initial 20 minute wait time. The supervisor on duty didn't bother to apologize but just said they are doing their best. People who walked in after me were done eating and leaving before I received my order.
The service is terrible. This is not a unique problem, it’s something panda express should control more. I’m completely tired to arrive to establishments 30, 45 or even 60minutes earlier than they close and they almost don’t have any product to sell, they are already cleaning and getting ready to close within 1 whole hour!
This is ridiculous and it’s a really bad business for the company, and for the costumer. I was waiting on the line for 10 minutes to tell me at the end they weren’t haven’t any food because they wasted everything doing uber online orders in my face while I was watching it and everything was gone and I had to leave with nothing after being waiting.

The worstest staff service in entire St Louis. The staff is not responsible and responsive at all especially for the pickups. No one is even giving a response to the customers even we called many times.

Phoenix served my friend and I today at about 3:20 and she was absolutely amazing

This location NEVER has any green bean chicken, and any of the chicken i.e orange chicken or the batter chicken dishes don't actually have a piece of meat in them, it's ALL breading! Just close all of them down because it's trash here in the Midwest in total.

They never open on time online and on door says they open at ten and there are never open I arrived 2 days in arrow at 10:30 and store was still closed
Ordered online and received a text stating food was ready fur pickup. Got there and my order was nowhere in sight. Had to wait for super greens to cook. No one apologized for the inconvenience. I was late for work. Also, the lady that prepared my teriyaki chicken was very stingy with the portion of chicken. Not worth it.
Place is never open on time. They might as well change their times of operation.
