The food is ok, most of the time they run out of something. The place is always busy but it never seems to have enough staff. We placed an order, it was ready but sit on the counter waiting to be packed up. By the time I got there which is 30 mins after I received the text that my order was ready, it was not ready when I arrived. I don’t think I’ll go back.

These restaurants really break paradigms. The food is spectacular. If you are from Latin America, you feel comfortable with the flavors. There are spicy, salty, sweet ones. One of the favorite restaurants, without a doubt, I always return. The children's menu is quite complete. The menu is very well thought out for both adults and children. for little ones

The food is pre-made fast food Chinese. It tastes that way. You get what you pay for... relatively inexpensive. Service was fast and friendly. Drinks are overpriced, but nowadays, that is the norm. Got in, served, ate, and out the door in less than 45 minutes.
Vegetarian options: Not a bunch of vegetarian dishes, but they are labeled.
Dietary restrictions: It's not good if you have food allergies.
Parking: Shared lot with 5+ other retailers and one other restaurant.

I've tried eating here twice know and both times you're out of basic items. Sunday at 4pm, nearly every food container was completely empty and dirty. It was so bad that the employee wouldn't even serve the fried rice because it was so old and nasty. Why was it even sitting there? Came back the next day, Monday, for lunch at 11:50 am, no teriyaki chicken, no bourbon chicken, no choy main. Best part, no one making any more. I see 4 employees chit chatting through the kitchen doors. Just hanging out and having and fun. Your employees are so lazy. Why bother keeping this store open. Get out on neighborhood, and let someone else have the lease.

Update: We just left Panda Express not getting anything because there was 15 people in line and we waited and talked with other people and apparently they weren't serving any of the customers. They were just filling online orders and everyone was just standing around waiting -------- Good food!

Store clean bathroom said it close for men. Went to order at 11:15am only some of the menu was available maybe about 3/5 of was available. So had to get something I don't usually get. But they didn't have any fired rice and hadn't even started making any new rice. Was told it would be ready in 3 min, about 16 min later my lunch is basically over so i went outside to wait for my coworkers. I am happy I waited to pay for my food until it was ready cause by the time the food was ready 25 min later my lunch was already over. It looked like they forgot what they do as a company here at this location. And unfortunately I only get a 30min lunch break so waiting 25 min for food don't work for most in my situation. Once again glad I wait to pay cause I would have got no food and been out my money. I do appreciate the guy saying my food was ready but I had already left the store by that point in time.

I don't know why I come to this store. This location NEVER opens on time, the food is not prepared yet when the doors open and everyone is always grumpy. Cleanliness or customer service is not top on the list. It's close to my job but I'm disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here weather it be bad attitudes or bad food.
