Ordering from a kiosk is just plain ridiculous. In an effort to reduce staff, I presume, the screen provided does just not cover all the information. I went in to buy bagels and whatever breakfast rolls they had. I finally gave up, went to the counter and got a very nice clerk, who shared my opinion, to get what i needed. Technology is just not suited for such considerations abd it needs to go.

Walked in at 1145. The cashier said it would take 30 minutes to get food. It took 45. No apologies. Acted like this was normal.

No complaints. Although you do tend to get a bit less bang for the buck than elsewhere. It makes up for it by being less crowded than other options in the area.

This was the Affton store in Grasso Plaza. Like most of their locations, the food is good, the staff is friendly, and it's a great place to get some work done while you enjoy a meal, or conduct a small business meeting over breakfast. Quite often I'll drop in to do some data entry in a comfortable place without buying anything. They don't mind!

Lunchtime on Saturday and nobody at the counter to take orders. Ridiculous. Had to order on my phone. Just ordered a bagel and drink and half hour later, nada. No excuse for this Panera (or whatever venture capital company now owns you.)

Not a sign of life 30 minutes past open after watching for about 40 minutes. Practicing bad business. Countless cars have come and gone. Several customers have already left for another shop or went on with their day (30+ customers). Now I’m going somewhere else, waste of time. That’s unreliability.

This is my second time at this location. Last time their service was quite slow. I had only ordered a single drink.

I probably will not come back.

Popped into this location for lunch as it's such a reliable option. I ordered the Pick-2 with a tuna salad sandwich and the creamy tomato soup, both were really good, no surprises.
I like using the in-store kiosks to place my order as you can easily customize your food and avoid the long lunch lines. I also liked the order tracking screen that lists your name & the status of your order.

9AM Monday, no coffee, a dozen people waiting for food and / or coffee, employee walking slow to the door smoking a cigarette and went straight to clock in and started taking orders without washing hands, just nasty. Not placing orders in correct pickup spot and of course my order was only one item and they managed to get it wrong. Pitiful

I got creamy tomato soup along with french baguette and caprese sandwich for dinner. Tomota soup was horrible. It was served at room temperature and the taste was full of oregano or some spices, I felt liked puking. I left the soup as is and just ate the sandwich. Sandwich was ok.
Recommendation - Especially for soups, I request St Louis Bread Co to taste the soup like every couple hours through out the day and make sure you are serving a high quality soup. Also recommended to make these soups in small batches so that it is always fresh. Also please make sure, you serve a hot soup and not at room temperature. I felt like my money was wasted.
I know Panera is preferred only for breakfast or lunch and I thought I'll try for dinner but felt bad.

I ate a salad From there and I usually don't eat any kind of meat that doesn't have full quality standards. But I feel really bad after having a salad with chicken and chopped beef. I don't know if it's the hormone I don't know if its antibiotics or It is the way the meat is treated but I feel really irritable. The quality is definitely not what it used to be when I used to eat there all the time, A few years ago. I will not be eating that food again..no.

My strawberry salad was delish. I could've used a touch more poppyseed dressing but it was good. Very fresh. It seemed my frozen lemonade was a bit less than usual but also good. Tamika, the cashier was very genuine and helpful. Very welcoming. I really liked this location.
