The coconut bowl was delicious but the strawberry's weren't fresh. I know it's the dead of winter but I wish they were fresh and not mushy. Otherwise the employees were really nice and it was clean inside and super fast service. Pineapple surf smoothie is to die for! Yum! It's been my favorite for years!!

The young man working tonight (chris) was fantastic. He was mopping the floors while I'm assuming the girls in back were supposed to be working the counter. but they were giggling and laughing instead of paying attention to customers. he stopped what he was doing to make sure I was taken care of. Kid deserves a raise.

Every time I come here they don't greet you when you walk in, they don't acknowledge you standing at the counter then when they finally speak they always have an attitude. Terrible service, great smoothies though

This is my final time going to this location. Ive tried this location a few times recently because I realize that everyone has a bad day sometimes but this place the employees are always short and saying rude things under their breath. My smoothies every have been sub par and taste like rotten banana and I still tipped every time. I would rather drive further to a different location than go here again. What a consistently terrible place…
Came in on a Tuesday evening and it was dead. The poor girl taking our order seemed clueless and didn’t know the difference between bowls when we ordered. Finally someone from the back stepped out and helped her. We paid for our bowls only to find out later they were out of some items that were supposed to be in our bowls! Customer service was below average. Store front looks worn and dirty. Parking lot isn’t easy to access. Probably won’t visit this location again especially for the amount of money we spent!

I came in today (Sunday May 26th) at 2:50pm and the workers were so loud.. they were yelling out orders in a petty way. I asked for a small strawberry hulk and they got the order wrong when there were only a few people in the store.. I asked for a refund and got my $8 back. I went to this location because of the area that it is in but the workers that this location has turned me away. I won’t be back.

Employees were throwing ice behind the line while making my smoothies. Employee was very rude when talking to me while all I asked for was a smoothie and nothing special. Didn’t welcome me in or talk to me at all besides when I told them they forgot my 32 ounce smoothie or just didn’t hear me. The worker told me with an attitude to order it.
