So I like Smoothie King. Today I stopped at this location and realized I like the Smoothie King on Chippewa. The service is always good and they keep the line moving. But today I went to this location and they seemed to be a little short handed and I could empathize with that. No rush. But when they called my order, the worker was still putting my smoothie in the cup. The smoothie was still kind of thick so it needed help coming out. Instead of the worker getting something to help the smoothie get in the cup or blend it more they thought it was okay to give me a cup that was 3/4 full. The worker knew they were wrong because no eye contact was given. Instead of making a big deal out of it, I just made a mental note not to return. The 3/4 smoothie was still good. Please do better.

This place has really gone downhill. Wait times are long (even with online orders) despite the store not being so busy. There is one employee, a young Caucasian manager, who is fantastic and works her tail off; otherwise, the rest of the employees seem to not care. There was a good 2-4 weeks where they closed at 5 because of staffing. If parking wasn’t so bad, I’d just go to the Clayton one.

They claimed to be to busy on a big order to make me a 20oz gladiator which is very disappointing because this is the nearest smoothie king on my work route and usually how I start my day . I'm very disappointed ? I just really hope my day goes better wow I litterly just sat here and watched 2 other customers go in and come out with a smoothie smh I will never go back to this location ? @10am 12/21 I was actually happy before I came here

I woke up early this morning so I could start my day with smoothie king for breakfast. It clearly states on the website and it is literally printed on the door that this location opens at 7. I arrived at 7:10 then waited outside ten minutes before I left. As I was at the light directly next to smoothie king I saw someone get out of a car that had been there since I arrived. They then went into the store and unlocked it. I understand if they were scheduled to start at 7:30 but if you’re going to have your hours posted someone should be at the business. This has set off my entire day.

I got the wrong order today and went back in to ask and the employee said I don’t know I just got here so I can’t help you. No help at all and the whole store smelled like weed.

I was visiting Clayton, MO to drop my son off at college. We had a craving for a smoothie and drove a couple of miles to this location. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing and waited a few minutes to place our order. The team member came over and said they were too busy to help us (despite the fact that no on was in line) and we were out of luck...it was still 10 minutes before closing. What a disappointment. What a lazy group of employees.

Service is was not great. When I walked in nobody was there they were in the back. After saying hello someone came out and made me feel like I was bothering the them with my presence just by being there. :(

Terrible… 1st star for location, 2nd star for the 2/7 times a week I go there and it actually be a cool experience. Other than that, this place is ghetto. Staff is a bunch of undertrained kids. Sleeping in the lobbies, they’re all just lazy. And for it to be in this prominent location, I’m baffled.
Dirty store and apathetic staff that don’t smile or greet you. In desperate need of strong leadership as the two times we’ve visited they’ve been lost. Staff also looked bothered by each new customer that walked in.Smoothies tasted ok, but cups were under filled.

This place rocks! They have a new manager - Mr. William Hogston who keeps the employees on task and working hard to get the smoothies out quickly with excellent quality. It’s also cleaner than I’ve ever seen it! Love this place!
