My Sis made reservations for 9 when we got there we were told they were short staffed and we wouldn't be able to sit together. That was worked out but when my food came there was a long hair in it and returned to the kitchen. The manager said that she would take some off the bill and replace the food. I waited no food came out. The waiter went back to tell the manager I was still waiting on my food the manager then comes out and says she took the money ( $3.00) off the bill but didn't know I wanted my food. I told her I was confused and of course I wanted my food because the first platter was so delicious I just didn't want hair in it. Needless to say when the food came back out it was in a to-go container as per requested since they were close to closing. It was burnt, hard and over seasoned yes shamefully I still attempted to eat it because I was so hungry and I really love the bourbon shrimp and chicken with Parmesan topping with a side of broccoli not to mention my shark bowl. I love Applebee's and this is the only thing I eat when I go I was very disappointed but my disappointment was overshadowed by the joyous time I had sitting with my brother and sister and my niece and nephews it was a beautiful family time minus my horrible meal.

Bonein wings were completely bloody on the inside and everybody there is loud in the back and there is always loud music playing coming from the back area

The waitress appeared to be under the influence of a substance, which was concerning given that she was still on duty. Unfortunately, the appetizer chips were cold, and the spinach dip was similarly lukewarm. The main course arrived at the table at a lukewarm temperature. Although I ate my food as served, the steak was warmer than the accompanying potatoes and broccoli, which were merely warm. My dining companion opted to take their dinner home rather than sending it back, as they felt it would not make a difference as we suspected that another waiter may have also been impaired. A waiter interrupted the dining area, loudly inquiring if anyone had ordered nachos and dip. When no one responded, he retreated downstairs, muttering ohhhh these are ribs; he had a rib plate in his hand. He returned to the dining area, shouting to inquire who had ordered ribs, prompting a patron to respond that they had placed the order. Overall, this dining experience fell short of all expectations.

We ordered pickup. We were told to pick it up at 8:10pm. We got there and they said it wasn’t done. We kept waiting and waiting and they kept making excuses after excuses. This was horrible service. Waiters and waitresses walking around like they don’t know what to do. I will never go to this location again. I do not recommend. Parking is horrible too

Terrible. Ordered food for curbside and they never brought it out. I waited 25 minutes then went inside and they said i,was supposed to call them when I get there. Nowhere does it say im to call them. I flooded the directions they texted me, and texted them, I'm here, when I got there and they replied immediately with a text saying they'd be out shortly. They never came out and when I went inside to they said I had to call them and they gave me my bag of cold food. I didn't want there junk now so I did get my money back. Never going there again.

It was the worst experience ever not on Valentine's Day.

Super short staffed at the moment. 1/2 the restaurant was empty cause the dining room didn't want to overwhelm the kitchen. Late Dec. 2024.

Ordered a side salad & the blackened shrimp Alfredo and was so disappointed. The lettuce was BROWN, the only edible part was the croutons . The shrimp had NO blackened seasoning & the noodles we so overcooked they were basically mush. We won't come back to this location

The server was good, and sadly, a lot of our food arrived cold. It was not very crowded when we arrived. The food was good, but it seemed like some was made in advance and waiting for orders. The Classic sampler platter seemed like it had been under the warmer. Onion rings and fries were most cold. The wife and grandson liked their sandwiches.

I had to get my own napkins. The hostess act like it was a bother, because she was talking to another coworker. The most unfriendly atmosphere

Don't waste ur time

Don't close until 10...but they will seat you....and not ask for a drink or order for over 5 min even though barely anyone in there

Waited 25 minutes for food to be brought out carside when I followed all their directions. When I asked the young man about my order after waiting 15 minutes he said well did you call? It's posted right here. We are busy. Mind you he chatted with everyone while being in a hurry because it was so busy. Three other employees including manager stepped outside for a break when they were so"busy" according to this kid. Food cold! Service horrific! Awful experience. Don't waste your time or money.

When an small issue arose the managers took care of it quick as if there was no problem. They didn’t hesitate. Kloey was so awesome. She was always very patient and humble. She kept a smile on her face. She da best! I was completely satisfied and would recommend this Applebees to everyone. I’ll b back!
