I'm so very glad that they brought back. The potato cakes and their staff is wonderful.
I went through the drive through tonight and the girl in the drive through was rude and didn't say one word to me. Practically shoved the drink and food in my face and looked mean. I always wait forever for my food and the mac and cheese bites were burnt like the oil hasn't been changed in a long time.

Waited in line at the drive through order, to then purchase a single sandwich, ended up with a 2 for 6 and paid to pull around and park in another line where I rated for over 22 minutes to get 2 sandwiches weren't even that busy. There was only 3 cars in the whole line in front of me, wow!! The young lady that brought my food had an attitude and moved as slow as molasses. No sense of urgency, not caring about her job.Whatsoever, or customer service whatsoever, in Any capacity. Also I finally received my food. She walked up, handed me the food through the window and said nothing dropped it in my lap and turned around and walked off. Now im going to eat the sandwich now unwrap it , its a complete mess and theres some kinda rìed sauce dipping sauce all over it. Wow, wow, wow, won't be in here ever again.

Ordered a large size combo in the drive through had to repeat myself multiple times. Then I get to the window and am given a medium drink, when I ask about the large that I ordered she said today we're out of large combos today. I finally got her to elaborate and she stated that they were out of large fry containers for my combo and that I had only paid for a medium meal since they were out of large. I told her that would have been nice to know when placing my order as I specifically requested a large. Employee acted uphauled and inconvenienced that she had to explain.

They never give you sauce like it's coming out there pockets pisses me off this is the 3 time went in and asked for a hand full of sauce so what do they do give you a half a pump of sauce cheap company I'm done with!!!

Wow that was delicious! Food was hot and amazing. It was ready fast and the service was friendly too! Plenty of room and no one was there. I'm surprised there aren't more here it was really good!

This place needs some serious help. Went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes in a parking spot next to the drive thru to get my food. I'm understanding of understaffing, but 30 minuted at a drive thru is just unacceptable.
