The service that I received at this particular baskin robins was really great. We went with our children and their friends after having taking them skating. The staff was very patient with us as he had multiple orders for all of the children that were with us. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was great and perfect amount of space for our party.

Sunny Bharadh was awesome! My son wanted cotton candy ice cream when it was not in the display case. He pulled the ice cream out of the storage freezer made my son the happiest boy on earth!
Worst shakes ever! They were like milk, ridiculous at the cost of over $7.00 each, where"s the ice cream? Also they didn't have the flavors we wanted, no comparison to Steak n Shake or Dairy Queen for both price or taste!

I know the franchise is minority owned but I’m done attempting to support the business. I have been trying to get an ice cream flavor that only BR carries and it’s been out of stock with several other flavors for over a month now. The owners are making it difficult for their staff to service the customers because it’s very frustrating when you cannot get what’s on the menu. The staff are unhappy and it’s not fair. If you cannot afford to provide the flavors that are advertised, please shut your business down.
