So I'm attempting to order food earlier here, and what I ordered apparently isn't on the menu actually it's listed but they don't have this item so if this location doesn't have that item you need to go into the ordering apps like doordash and take that off your menu because I don't appreciate ordering for lunch and not having anything to eat when I come out and note that my order had been canceled! Quite simply, if you don't have an item don't list it anywhere!

Service sucks I waited 17 mins just to order my food used to be better then waited 15 minutes after I asked for my check to leave piss poor service they never came to ask me if I need a refill on my drink

Some detail cleaning was needed on the entryway of the restaurant. But other than that the service was great, the food was excellent, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff was extremely nice!

Pot roast was loaded with onions green ones and regular I hate onions but Bob Evans has great food the pot roast was just not for me

I’ve been here many times previously and the service & food has always been good… today as a party of five, we were barely greeted when we came in!
One person asked how many and then 10 minutes later with no other customers waiting but us, they still hadn’t seated us or bothered to say anything about why we were been ignored (still waiting)!!

Establishments are going to learn the hard way that they need good customer service to remain open or close your doors!!!

It took a long time for a server to get to us, but the bigger issue is we waited almost an hour to get our meal after the orders were placed. Then my grilled chicken was tough. The server did catch that my loaded mashed potatoes was missing a few things. For the price, I expect a lot better

Tried to eat here twice now. Left because we stand there waiting to be seated, along with many others, and no one comes around. No one greets you, no one seats you, no one does anything. Two times is two too many, and I will not return any longer. Pretty sad when Waffle House has better and faster service
