Food can be cold. Lettuces are horrible.

Workers at this location are extremely lazy , especially the drive through workers ,i guess cause it’s cold waited in line 15 mins ti be greeted by a rude person taking my oder wont be coming back to this location!

Everybody knows the food that's been there. It's good. Service is always great. These people really appreciate their job and are very friendly. So Chick-fil-A must be the program to have quality workers with friendly attitudes that care about their job. I don't know what they're doing behind the scenes, but they might be the model for fast food or quick food. That's good cuz everybody knows they're always busy and never had a bad experience

Been to this location twice and they have messed up my order twice. Gave me a grilled sandwich instead of fried the first time and now they gave me a chicken bowl instead of the burrito I ordered.

If you are a chick fil A lovers plz don’t go to that location I always say im not gonna go again but sometimes I go look I don’t think that’s a legit chick fil A restaurant their fries either burned or not sated or bad fries with a lot of black spots and the chicken is either over cooked or raw I’m not sure of the corporate can see this but that location needs your attention asap thank you.

I would give them 5 stars, but theres been a few times recently that they got my order wrong. Other than that, they're pretty solid.

Overly happy people, but that's one of their things, so thats to be expected. It's a chicken sandwich, what do you expect? Their waffle fries are always on point. But I feel it's just overhyped. Its good but basic chicken meals.

I bought a chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich meal for my lunch break. Opened the sandwich wrapper and it was a sausage biscuit. I don’t eat pork and I did not order the sandwich so I only ate hashbrowns and drank lemonade for breakfast. After work, I came to exchange the wrong sandwich for a chicken sandwich. Breakfast is over so I had to get a dinner sandwich. I asked for fries to go with the chicken sandwich for the inconvenience of having to drive back and was told no (Christine) because it’s not the same price. So much for spending a bunch of money with the company and being a signature member and oh my, what great customer service this wasn’t…..

Horrible service i ordered a large Mac and cheese and 2 sandwiches they gave 3 sandwiches and no mac and cheese
Ordered breakfast on line before 10:30am. Went straight to the location to pick it up. Arrived at 10:35 and was told the food could not be made because it was after 10:30am. I showed them that the order was placed before the cut-off time. Still would not make the order. Store Manager and Owner were no help.

Today, I went here and my order was completely messed up. I drove all the way home and had to drive back there. Once I arrived I was very kind and respectful to the staff despite my incorrect order. I asked could I speak to the manager. He was a young man who immediately came over with an attitude. He rolled his eyes and stood in an unpleasant posture as if he was annoyed with me. I explained the situation and explained how I was overcharged and he stood there and rolled his eyes. The first thing he said was ,” well what do you want me to do maam? “ excuse me?? That’s your response to a customer who’s order you guys messed up. As the “ manager” you should know how to resolve problems. Especially at Chick Fil A. I asked him what could he do accommodate me for this mistake due to me having a food allergy. He responds with a smart response ,” i just asked you what do you want me to do ?!” In a raised tone. At this point I asked to speak to speak to someone else bc he was being extremely rude and unprofessional. He walks away and says “ YEAH, because this conversation isn’t going anywhere clearly .” He stormed over to a group of chick fila managers and employees who were sitting in the lobby and notified the regional manager Christine of what was going on. I heard a bunch of laughter and the regional manager began approaching me laughing. Honestly I didn’t find anything funny I was very upset from the interaction with this young man. She comes over laughing and asks what’s the issue. I started off the conversation letting her know that young man was very rude for no reason and I would like his name. She refused to give me his name and just kept saying she was uncomfortable. The young man has on a name tag so I didn’t see the issue. I let her know I was going to file a complaint and I wanted the names of those who I interacted with. Christine kept saying to use her name and refused to give the young man’s name despite him having a name tag on.. I moved on and began explaining the situation. She began just ringing in my order and overlooking everything I said. She rang in my order and let me know the food would be right up. I let her know that I was overcharged . She stated she didn’t know that when I had just explained the whole situation to her about me being overcharged and the order also being incorrect. She did not care about my complaint she just wanted to get me out of their establishment. This is extremely disappointing coming from a franchise who is suppose to have top of the line customer service. She ended up giving me a partial refund and said she would add some cookies and brownies for my troubles….. really?? Never once apologized for the young man’s behavior or the mistake. You just give out cookies and brownies and pretend like everything is okay. Just unbelievable. When I finally got my food you could tell they had just took off the chicken and put the sandwich back together. It was not made fresh. There was also an after taste of the chicken from being stuck to the bread. The hashbrows were soggy. Just a waste of gas and time. I never ever leave bad reviews but this one is well deserved! I hope you treat future customers better !

My wife and I stop here every morning to get our breakfast through the drive-through food is always great. Service is great friendly atmosphere and I wanna give a shout out to Tristan who always knows my name and knows my order before I order. Great place.

Monica brought my food to the table and she was such a wonderful person to talk to. She went out of her way to get me a water and make sure I had everything I needed. I believe she is a shift leader and want to make sure she is recognized for her hard work. Also, when I was done with my meal, Landon came by my table and he also talked to me briefly. It was great to hear about his aspirations at Chick-fil-A. I believe he is a team trainer and is working towards becoming a shift leader like Monica and I think he would make an excellent person for that role. I wanted to take a moment to recognize them both for their great service and hard work and hopefully the management here will do the same. Thank you, Monica.
