I ate a meal at there new location and I had enjoyed myself tremendously! I had their 3 piece chicken strips with their waffle fries and a diet Dr.Pepper also whenever I eat somewhere I be forgetting to take a photo of my meal🤣This was another one of there location that was new and built in Saint Ann which is closer to me than there other location which is in Bridgeton Missouri!

Earlier in the week I had ordered from this chic fil a.. drove all the way home and my Mac n chz was missing. I called and a nice young lady apologized and told me when I come back they would give me a medium mac and a free entree card for the inconvenience. Let's say today i went in told the young lady about the Mac. She called over a manger in assuming, she was wearing a vest with a strong Oder coughing & her name tag said director. She didn't say a word to me. She added a small Mac comped it walked away back on her phone. Didn't even get my medium or my card. Since she didn't smell well and was coughing I just said forget it.

Although I do not get excited about fast food, Chick Fil A always comes thru when you need it. I’ll admit the fact that they are busy all the time detracts from the experience, but I don’t fault them any stars for this. They are famous for their service; and from my random experiences, they constantly provide a fast, accurate, and friendly ordering process at both the drive thru and via dine in. The food is consistently high quality in terms of taste, temperature and presentation. Members of my family enjoy the chicken sandwich, the nuggets and fries- each with their uniquely Chick Fil A flavor you can’t get anywhere else. I go for the kale crunch salad topped with grilled nuggets and I’m always happy with my choice.
