Although I do not get excited about fast food, Chick Fil A always comes thru when you need it. I’ll admit the fact that they are busy all the time detracts from the experience, but I don’t fault them any stars for this. They are famous for their service; and from my random experiences, they constantly provide a fast, accurate, and friendly ordering process at both the drive thru and via dine in. The food is consistently high quality in terms of taste, temperature and presentation. Members of my family enjoy the chicken sandwich, the nuggets and fries- each with their uniquely Chick Fil A flavor you can’t get anywhere else. I go for the kale crunch salad topped with grilled nuggets and I’m always happy with my choice.

We waited in the line for 10 minutes. The other line, the gentleman was walking to the cars taking orders. The line we were in, the young lady waited until each car came up to her to take orders. Therefore making us miss the breakfast cut off. If we would’ve been in the line the gentleman was walking to the cars, then we would’ve been 7 cars in front of where we were. Unfortunately she smiled and then management reinforced the cut off time is 10:30, instead of taking accountability. I’ve never had a bad experience at one of these locations. As I order huge catering orders pretty often. St Charles Rock Road will never get my money again.
As expected at all locations, fast clean and tasty food... breakfast in this case.

Disappointed that all the Chick-fil-A's in the area can figure out how to mark that they're closed on the app except for Bridgeton. After driving 30 minutes out of the way to go to the one that is open according to the Chick-fil-A app and social media they're actually closed. It's 2025 and not the first time that it has happened what a disappointment.
