Although I do not get excited about fast food, Chick Fil A always comes thru when you need it. Everytime i come through the drive thru , the ordering experience is less than “chick fil a” standard . It’s more like McDonald’s i hate to say. Every encounter I’ve had here is always met with a straight faced , “i don’t want to be here” looking employee taking my order that has the WORST short-attitude tone of voice and just asks “what else” no matter if it’s been a different person each time . I'm not sure what's changed, but everything seems subpar. The fries are definitely different than they used to be, the chicken sandwich was lacking, my sister couldn't even eat hers because a huge tendon ran through the entire piece. The quality overall has gone downhill. I'm happy I experienced Chick-fil-A in it's prime to know the difference. It's just not the same. I don't think it's their pleasure anymore.
