Very very dirty. Last time I was here I watched the kitchen carelessly drop a bin of chicken into the hot table causing a wave of water to flow into the fajitas and onto the floor by my feet..."it's just water" the employee said as he walked away. Today the place is filthy. There are rice and chips and protein everywhere including the floor. The floor around the tables is equally dirty...mind you it is 11:30AM. I hope the ownership addresses this. There are other options near by.

Would not recommend, terrible service, most the employees act like you’re inconveniencing them. When you order they don’t say anything, they are out of most things, hardly give you a good serving if they do have what you ask for. Employees walking around smelling like weed and clearly stoned… ridiculous.

To go order sat behind the counter for 8 minutes, not in the shelf where it says to pick it up. Unhelpful staff. My burrito the didn’t put the cheese on it that I ordered, and the chicken was dry. All just disappointing.

Consistently one of the dirtiest Chipotle's I've ever been to. Been twice and there's always food all over the tables at the restaurant and spilled everywhere on the service station. The silverware cups are gross, filled with items and food people have dropped in there.

Ate in at this store the inside was filthy never seen a restaurant that trashed all the tables had food of some kind left on them trash everywhere on the floor in seats on tables drink area not stocked food was ok nothing to brag about

Watched them use a dirty rag to clean the line and rake food with the dirty rag from the line back into the food containers on the line (esp the white rice). Paying $13 to get food poisoning is insane fr. Also waited a long time to be helped. Called in the next morning to get help and the short & stout black male manager was insanely rude to me on the phone and demanded I bring the bowl in before hanging up on me. It's currently a winter storm when I brought it in he was still insanely rude looked at the bowl and told me I could throw it away. I got a bare minimum refund with no apologies or anything even after providing the bowl proving I wasn't lying. DONT COME HERE unless you want to be sick & deal with incompetency. Just not worth it. All the low reviews are true.

Today i had issues with each of these things. I had to ask for extra/more several times, he was purposely sprinkling cheese in small amounts onto my bowl, the amount of queso was minimal at best, and he half filled my guacamole, after asking him to fill it to the top, he says to me "it's full enough" and walked away. The lady on the cold side went ahead and filled it up, but I'm appaled at the service I received today. I'll continue going to Chipotle, but I think I'll stay on my side of town from now on. This location needs all new staff. The energy in there is so low/negative.

I definitely will not be back to this location. Three napkins dispensers and all were empty. Trash and plates stacked so high there is literally no room for any more. Where are the garbage cans!? None, I mean none were out. Tables and chairs smeared sour cream on them. All the while the staff is dancing to the piped in music behind the counter. No one is paying any attention at all to the dining room. I don’t know who runs this place, but they need to get their act together.

My salad was swimming in bean juice. They never drain them. The place was smoky. Evertime I go there something is not good. Dirty doors, no smiles from workers, long wait time or food is wrong.
