I went to this location everyone was nice and very patient but the food wasn’t good at all. They seasoned the peppers and vinaigrette with their own seasons very spicy, salty and an OVERWHELMING oregano flavor!! As you’re reading this review you’re probably thinking OREGANO… yeah me too, I’m not sure why oregano is at chipotle but it definitely was in my bowl! It wasn’t good at all. I spent over 38 dollars and tossed it bc of their seasoning!

Food was good. Store, and serving area was not as clean and orderly as I've experienced from other locations. Newly added Chipotle honey chicken was not readily available, so subbed for my regular steak. Staff was friendly and ready to serve. Minimal parking. Visited around evening rush hour.

Absolute crap attitudes from everyone, food wasn’t prepared well at all and it’s DIRTY in there. NEVER coming back
I ordered 2 bowls and ask for veggies, there were none at the time and they said it would take 15 min. I decided to wait. The employee was just cutting up meat for about 30min with no other customers in the store. I waited 45min for some damn veggies when it takes 10min to cook. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I will Not be going back to this specific location again and I recommend others to not have to deal with that.

My bar was set really low for bowling alley food and this was a pleasant surprise. Service was top notch. Tried the filet mignon, pizza, wings, salad, and a lemon raspberry cheesecake.

They are always out of something but being out of chicken, pico, corn salsa and queso is crazy. Whoever they had running the store and cutting the lettuce shld be put through some more training. Oh and I was charged for extra meat when I got half of 2 proteins.
