Fast and friendly and they don't charge for extra sauces

Placed an order at 5:08 p m. The online tracker said it would be here in 22 - 25 mins. At the 90 minute mark, finally got someone to answer the phone. She said their tracker was broken and the driver left a while ago, and he other deliveries. So he should arrive in about 10 minutes. Nope! Not the case. At the 1 hour 52 min mark it finally arrived! BURNT. COLD AND ORDER NOT ACCURATE! I called the local customer service number, and it encouraged me to leave a message and of course, the voicemail was full.

I walked into the Bridgeton location to place an order. The employee at the time refused to take my order stating she was the only employee at the time and told me if I ordered online she'd give me a code for any pizza, any topping for 9.99. As I was placing my order, I was told the code was old and could not be used.
While pizzas were being prepared there was a guy that clearly wasn't working, standing next to someone making pizzas on the floor behind the registers chatting. He had been sitting outside on the concrete. This guy was dressed in street clothing and appeared to be very unkept. Unsanitary! I will be following up with someone tomorrow.

I went in for dinner and there was the Manager who was amazing and her driver who was awesome. I had a special order that included a food allergy and both employees went above and beyond to accommodate my request. This is my new favorite neighborhood Dominos! Thank you for great customer service.

Worst experience I've ever had with Domino's. Not only did it take 2 and a half hours to receive my medium 2 topping pizza but the app said it was prepping for 1 hour and I called 3 different times on the phone and everytime was a different story or excuse. Delivery is taking forever and I live a couple minutes away from store. Almost 3 hours for 1 medium pizza is insane. 👎🏾

They suck,I just got my order cancelled on a Tuesday because some stupid reason,wtf is going on in this city? I live in Texas and in 10 years I’ve lived there I’ve never had an issue with them before. Don’t waste your time or money buying anything from them
