Worst experience I've ever had with Domino's. Not only did it take 2 and a half hours to receive my medium 2 topping pizza but the app said it was prepping for 1 hour and I called 3 different times on the phone and everytime was a different story or excuse. Delivery is taking forever and I live a couple minutes away from store. Almost 3 hours for 1 medium pizza is insane. 👎🏾

They suck,I just got my order cancelled on a Tuesday because some stupid reason,wtf is going on in this city? I live in Texas and in 10 years I’ve lived there I’ve never had an issue with them before. Don’t waste your time or money buying anything from them
Unfortunately this location is very close to us, within 3 minutes, so we order from there occasionally. This has to be the worst run business I have ever encountered. It's almost funny if it wasn't so annoying. If we pick the order up, its usually OK, delivery is absolutely ridiculous. Today makes the 3rd time that we had to wait more than 1.5 hours for delivery. They don't bother to call and say- "we are short staffed, the wait will be exorbitanty long", nothing. I canceled our order because it would be faster for me to drive home (40 minutes away) and go get something else than waiting for them. Last time I dealt with management was the last time I will ever deal with management because I would rather shave a hungry bear than speak with anyone there.

Everytime I order delivery from this location it always take this crazy amount of time. I order my food 2 hrs ago still have not received my food. The time before this I had to go get my food myself was told my food was still at the store only for it to be in the drivers car had to wait for them to come back to store wasn’t given money back for delivery fee. This will be my last time ordering from this location very unprofessional not a courtesy call you have to call and inquire about your food.

Ordered online but when we went to go pick up our order was still not ready and had to wait more than the expected time. And the employee that attended seemed to be in a bad mood because they had a lot of orders. When we got home we noticed that our wings didn't even have the hot sauce on them and only 7 pieces in them. Contacted Domino's and sent me the manager of the location to respond but could only apologize and say they had the 2 hours to return to correct. They really think after waiting that long for your food you would go back to correct the mistake they made to wait another 30+ minutes? Very terrible service. Even wasn't the first incident with this location.

I ordered my food along with a sprite, when the food got here I got everything but my sprite which i realized a minute or two after the driver left. I called immediately to tell the driver but he ignored my calls so I called the store. A lady told me she would send another driver out but then got a call again from a man being called a liar and that the driver gave it to me which he did not. I explained to him he didn’t give me anything which he would then go onto hanging up the call while I was speaking. Very horrible experience!
