This was my first time having Five Guys I had enjoyed my burger and I LOVE how they give you extra toppings to add to your burger...I always eat first and then forget to take a photo of my food

Food is great. The employees are very rude. It seems like a very toxic environment. Instead of training staff on how to make their perfect burgers they need a training class on how to fix their attitudes and treat one another. Daytime manger sucks… I think her name was Becky?? Wasn’t acknowledged and when someone finally came and took my order there was a lot of eye rolls and huffing and puffing. Honestly disappointing.

Stood in line for 10 minutes before 3 people came from back of restaurant . Didn’t acknowledge the customers waiting in line then the guy finally comes over to say did they tell you we o my taking cash . Why wasn’t that stated while waiting for someone to come to speak to use. Horrible kids working
I usually go to the Five guys in creve Coeur and totally different atmosphere. From the moment I walked in the door no customer service. A worker was getting a soda and turned to go in the back and I heard him scream in coming are something like that. The manager whom I was told was Tremond was rude with no customer service and didn’t greet me but greeted the next customer that came in who he knew because he hugged her. I happened to be in the area and made the bad decision to go to this location which I wouldn’t recommend. First impression is everything. The young white guy who waited on me was professional. Burgers were cold and seasoned fries placed in wrong bag.

We were to Five Guys in Bridgeton. The place was clean. The red and white theme is a nice touch. The cashier greeted us. The burger was great. The fries were excellent. I love that the pur the extra fries in the bag. I had a cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, mushrooms, and jalapeños. The jalapeños was just the right spice. I enjoyed everything.
