I usually go to the Five guys in creve Coeur and totally different atmosphere. From the moment I walked in the door no customer service. A worker was getting a soda and turned to go in the back and I heard him scream in coming are something like that. The manager whom I was told was Tremond was rude with no customer service and didn’t greet me but greeted the next customer that came in who he knew because he hugged her. I happened to be in the area and made the bad decision to go to this location which I wouldn’t recommend. First impression is everything. The young white guy who waited on me was professional. Burgers were cold and seasoned fries placed in wrong bag.

We were to Five Guys in Bridgeton. The place was clean. The red and white theme is a nice touch. The cashier greeted us. The burger was great. The fries were excellent. I love that the pur the extra fries in the bag. I had a cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, mushrooms, and jalapeños. The jalapeños was just the right spice. I enjoyed everything.

Was waiting and waiting on the bathroom. After jiggling the handle an employee comes out. Restroom reeked of weed! Never again.

Walked in 30 minutes after they opened and the place was filthy. Dirty floors, tables, chairs, and bathroom. One drink machine wasn't working and the floor around the machines was wet. I don't think in 30 minutes it could get that dirty so I assume it hadn't been cleaned the night before.

I am writing in just to let you know how great your staff was this sunday morning.Chloe, Jessica, & Quincy. I've worked in the business for over 20 years and problems happen just as they did at the open. so many people want to talk about the negative but I wanted to let you know having 3 staff members as friendly and helpful made the little time we waited no big deal as they quickly corrected it. I would highly recommend that store because of them. Just wanted to give big shout out to good service.
I don't know who our cashier was but his attitude was phenomenal. He was a very kind person and it was a awesome interaction considering I just got done driving for hours.

I've ordered food from this location before and have had no issues. However, 2 days ago I ordered a cheese burger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomatoes plus fries; and I threw up everything within minutes after eating?. My boyfriend had the bacon cheese burger with no veggies and fries that same night and he was totally fine. We both think that the lettuce and tomatoes were extremely bad. I hardly ever throw up, so when this happened I knew immediately something was bad in sandwich.

Ordered online for pick up. It said 10 mins. I got to the restaurant 2 mins before my pick up time. I have been standing here for 50 mins now. Watching them slide my ticket behind all the new orders. They have 3 people working on a Friday night. This is poor management. I told them my name when I got here and they said a few minutes. At the 35 min mark I got fed up and told them what they were doing. It still took them another 15 mins before they even started on my food. Won't come back again. Will tell everyone to avoid this location
