Steamed bagels are chewy. They need to be toasted NOT steamed.
Bacon is dangerously undercooked.

Two bagels with cream cheese and an orange juice is over $17! (See pic of receipt).
They also share the location with urban and Chestnut brewing company. So you order your bagel and then go pay at the brewing company. After going back and picking up our bagel that was under toasted, we went back to the urban Chestnut brewing company to sit down and watch the TV. The bartender told us if we weren't drinking alcohol we couldn't sit there... even though we paid him for the bagels. It was also 8:30 in the morning and no one was drinking alcohol. Also, the cream cheese wasn't even spread on the bagel it was like a brick on the bagel.
Don't waste your time.

Lady making bagels and lady on the register were insanely rude. Never had such a bad experience in food service.

I work in the airport so with limited food options, I have frequented this establishment on a handful of occasions. After I was hounded for trying to get salt & pepper packets for the dinner I brought, I’ll use a vending machine before I place my body in the confounds of this “restaurant” again.

Awful! if I could give it 0 but not possible! they screwed up my order 2x, wasnt going to wait for a 3rd time asked for a refund!

Poor girl is working alone. Wondering where her help is. Standing in like for 20 minutes for a bagel place is diabolical

My daughter grabbed a drink that wasn't the freshest. The manager this morning (Starla Brooks) 100% fixed the issue. Super sweet and attentive. Thanks

Totally delightful staff, who went out of thier way to sub out avocado spread for the cream cheese on my sandwich so I could have something vegan: much appreciated and happy not to fly hungry

Walk into restaurant saw two employees for the bagel side sitting down rubbing each other backs. When I approached the counter I heard the older looking black lady tell a younger BLK man. You get him I don’t have time. And with a deep sigh he lazily got up to take my order. I told them they don’t even have to get up. I’ll go somewhere else.

if you have never checked out this place in the saint louis lambert international airport called great American Bagel Bakery before you should check them out because the food there in my opinion has to be one of my favorites for a Bagel place in the saint louis lambert international airport.the one thing that i have to say about the service at the American Bagel bakery in the saint louis lambert international airport is that they are very friendly and post and willing to answer any questions that you may have if you have never been there before to what to choose from the menu.the one thing that i have to say atmosphere of the place is that it's very creatvie and vibriant and welcoming when you frist walk into the great American Bsgel bakery in the saint louis lambert international airport.one thing that i have to say about the cleanliness of the restreuant is that its very well kept clean and not a lot of trash and stuff everywhere and overall its just one of my favorite Breakfast spots at the saint louis lambert internatioanl airport.im going to reccommend this place to my friends and family so that they can check it out and hopefully have a wonderfull experience like my family and i did when we had breakfast there when we were flying home from seeing family in the saint louis area.in conclusion i will be returing to this place the time that i have a flight out of the saint louis lambert internatioanl airport this place by far exceeded my expecatations for one of my favorite Breakfast places in the saint louis airport and in my opinion you cant beat the amazing service that this place offers.

Very unprofessional.2 ladies on the grill, barely look up to take t my order. Rude condescending attitude when inquiring about the menu. Cashier adjacent to them provided subpar service as well. This place is horrific. Extremely bad experience!!

Terrible bagels. Just bad. The sandwich I got was terribly made. The toppings were put on half sides only so I never got a bite with all toppings. Paper the sand which was wrapped in was covered in mayo despite my sandwich not having any mayo on it.. The everything bagel had little to no flavor due to minimal seasoning. The people working rolled their eyes at customers and called out orders at a near whisper and got upset when people couldn’t hear them.
