The lady behind the counter shouted at me when I asked if they could not put in the dressing, then shouted to go pay at the bar several times. I saw as a man accidentally picked the wrong bagel and she took it back and THREW it. How awful. Don’t go here!!

This was the rudest customer service encounter I have ever had. The lady behind the counter was rude to everyone in line. She clearly should not work in customer service. If this business has any accountability she should be fired. She was aggressive verbally with customers if any travelers acted like they would be removed from the airport by security and maybe arrested for verbal assault. Embarrassing. Both employees looked and talked to everyone like they were close fighting them and made everyone uncomfortable and feel unsafe.

This place sucks, worker was to busy talking a dude about break ups and fights. She was in the middle of making food for another place, so I wasnt going to interrupt. But, standing there by the counter with a water should give her the que to take my order.

The girl behind the counter was rude, cussing with someone on the phone, and made some small sandwich that was OKAY at best for $15-cold and forgot some of the items until I told her the menu above her said it was supposed to be on there😂 Just don’t go here please.

Zero stars for service. Bitter employees. Two women behind the counter being rude to everyone and acting like the customers were interrupting their day. Rude is an understatement. Food was similar to the employees burned and nasty. St Louis isn't represented well, it's an embarrassment to the city. Shut it down and open something else.

I had the best time at Great American Bagel at St Louis Airport during a layover. Hemaxi was the server/bartender and she had the best personality! Sooo much fun! Good drinks, good food, good service! Highly recommend!

Steamed bagels are chewy. They need to be toasted NOT steamed.
Bacon is dangerously undercooked.

Two bagels with cream cheese and an orange juice is over $17! (See pic of receipt).
They also share the location with urban and Chestnut brewing company. So you order your bagel and then go pay at the brewing company. After going back and picking up our bagel that was under toasted, we went back to the urban Chestnut brewing company to sit down and watch the TV. The bartender told us if we weren't drinking alcohol we couldn't sit there... even though we paid him for the bagels. It was also 8:30 in the morning and no one was drinking alcohol. Also, the cream cheese wasn't even spread on the bagel it was like a brick on the bagel.
Don't waste your time.

I work in the airport so with limited food options, I have frequented this establishment on a handful of occasions. After I was hounded for trying to get salt & pepper packets for the dinner I brought, I’ll use a vending machine before I place my body in the confounds of this “restaurant” again.
