Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill

Came in for a dinner 2 nights in a row. Both times we had no server greet us for about 25 minutes. As we had to get our drinks from the bar another sever came and took over for our table. If it was not for this waitress Keiya we probably would not be back. 10/10 service. Definitely someone we will come back to see!

My friend and I went there on Sunday and sat at a table. We watched the two workers sitting at a table on their phones. One was in fuzzy slippers. They wouldn’t get up and greet us so we had to go to the bar for our drinks. The bartender made us our drinks and ensured we would get served. When we finally ordered and got our wings and fries they were fresh and crispy.

We went there on a Thursday night to watch football. Some guy sits down at our table and starts eating our food. Told the bar people, they didn't really do anything. Then his friends gets into it with one of my friends. His friend then throws a pizza at me, I was not involved in any of the arguments that they were having. I was mad and cuss him out for throwing a pizza at me. Then he hit me with a chair on my head. This was a hate crime against my race. The bouncer or bar did not do their he job. I saw the bouncer smoking a joint outside prior to this. The guy that hit me was a regular and they help him get away before the cops got there. They also did not cooperate with the cops to help catch the guy who hit me with the chair. They didn't even come over to ask me if I was ok. Definitely never going back and finding a lawyer to hold the bar accountable. I also tried calling the bar to talk to them. They don't pick up the phone.

Services is terrible. If you want to have a good time I recommend somewhere else besides here. The waitress act like they don’t see you and your good money at all. Too busy posted up flirting with other customers. Very unprofessional in my opinion. That’s not how you make your tips but lol I won’t be back.

Stopped here for drinks and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Had about 3-4 drinks and chicken wings (which were a bit too big for me. The drinks were on point though.

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD! OUR SERVER ALEXIS MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO MAKE SURE OUR NIGHT WAS GOOD IF YOU STOP BY ASK FOR ALEXIS SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU

Only thing good about this place is the pool tables , I’m standing here writing the review laughing at this , we came in , went to the window to order food , was told that a waitress would come over , after waiting 20+ minutes we went back to the window / waitress she said the kitchen was closed , which is lame because we tried to order before it did , not a vibe I will come back to
