My experience after covid, IHOP's have been understaffed. This one has going on. Great service, perfect food.

Had breakfast at IHOP after we all landed at the STL airport. Not a lot of breakfast spots are open at 6am but IHOP was. There was only one server for the entire restaurant but she was making it all happen. She was very efficient with all of her tables and was moving really quickly to get everyone served in a timely manner. We were in and out of there in 30-45 mins and enjoyed this spot before heading out for the weekend. We ordered classic pancakes and breakfasts. They were all good meal for IHop

My strawberries on my pancake was mildew it's tasted old and nasty couldn't really eat the pancake but the coffee was excellent

My server was amazing. The food came out very fast. Especially for how busy they were.
I order the breakfast split with french toast and pancakes it was amazing. I couldn't help my self and took a bite of sausage before taking the photo everything was fresh and good

The food was good. Banana Foster Pancakes were excellent. Service was decent but they don't have a variety of syrups like they used to.

We did not receive silverware until several minutes after getting our food. Every plate came out painfully hot, including the plate for our toddler. Parts of our order were either wrong or forgotten and not brought for 10-15 minutes after we'd gotten the meal. The bathrooms were both closed "for cleaning" for the entire hour we were there.
