We did not receive silverware until several minutes after getting our food. Every plate came out painfully hot, including the plate for our toddler. Parts of our order were either wrong or forgotten and not brought for 10-15 minutes after we'd gotten the meal. The bathrooms were both closed "for cleaning" for the entire hour we were there.
Food was standard IHOP fare, no issues of note.

Certain races were sat next to the restrooms while paler races were seated in the middle of the dining area. Also, the server was extremely overwhelmed and went out of her way to circle the tip as if she deserved one, probably won't return to this location. I believe this business to be racist and I will never dine in this establishment ever again.

Who does great and we got in pretty quick despite how busy it was. We also got our food relatively quick as well no issues there. But that's where the service and hospitality stopped. We didn't get any of our drinks we filled got no check up on anything and we waited nearly 30 minutes after we were done eating to get our check at no time after receiving our food did anyone come to our table we had to ask a waiter after waiting 30 minutes for a check and even after even after telling someone we still have to wait another 10 minutes. I understand having a busy day and being short staffed. But this was ridiculous.

The food was horrible and I was refused a refund even though I spent over 30 dollars and had my receipt!! This was supposed to be an omelet but instead I got a log of pilled up over cooked eggs and a pancake that fell completely apart as if the batter was old. Alex the manager was very rude de and even had the nerve to tell me that a co worker of his can give me a refund because he wasn’t. His attitude needs to be readjusted when talking to customers. He told me he can do whatever he wants as if he OWND S THE PLACE!! I will be reaching out to corporate for a refund because I work hard for my money and the food was horrible!

The food was great and the service was wonderful. Our waitress was attentive and generous.
I had the Avocado Eggs Benedict with crispy hashbrowns and a vanilla creme cold brew coffee. My husband had the strawberry crepes.
ME LOVE IHOP!!!..they allow me to get out of bed wash my face brush my teeth and come it in my night clothes..lol..this place is the best..I like the older lady that be at the podium..she always has a smile early in the morning. Can't go wrong at
