The food was great, but whoever was working the drive thru at the screen and at the window definitely needs to work on her customs service. She was rushing us, had no greeting and had an attitude.

Had menu items on board that they didn’t sell. Lady was not listening to us when we were ordering and had a mad attitude problem even raised her voice. Terrible customer service can’t believe you hire people like that. It’s your job. We had to repeat ourselves 4 times per food item. If you’re gonna have an attitude problem and be rude maybe you shouldn’t have a job. Terrible.

My sons insisted we leave. The young lady was doing her job properly, but all the tables were sticky, soda machine was leaking, and cooks were wearing improper footwear for a food preparation area.

Honestly I've had no complaints about this location. I always get the exact same order. Iced sweet cream coffe & 12 tacos. It's always fresh it's alway right and they always put extra sauce in my bag I dont even have to adk anymore. I dont know maybe I order here too much.

My food always luke warm. The greeters sound like they don’t like their job. When you order they keep saying what else like they mad at us for ordering.
I pulled into the drive through to order breakfast at 10:25 on March 21st 2025. The person taking orders was so rude and ignorant that I just drove away. If you're not a morning person don't take a morning shift.

My husband came to this jack and box I was on FaceTime with him and the way the drive through attendant yelled at him it was extremely ghetto so he had to talk loudly to her at the speaker box cause it seem like she couldn’t hear him when he got to the window the manager said what’s all the yelling for my husband said I had to yell cause she yelled at me she gotta talking bout we not gonna do that. Let me say this it’s obviously that the young lady has bad customer services because the higher lead don’t have no kinda respect nor great customer services when dealing with customers you never approach a customer the way the manager did my husband I heard everything that location is extremely ghetto never will he go back there.
