Honestly I've had no complaints about this location. I always get the exact same order. Iced sweet cream coffe & 12 tacos. It's always fresh it's alway right and they always put extra sauce in my bag I dont even have to adk anymore. I dont know maybe I order here too much.

I pulled into the drive through to order breakfast at 10:25 on March 21st 2025. The person taking orders was so rude and ignorant that I just drove away. If you're not a morning person don't take a morning shift.

My husband came to this jack and box I was on FaceTime with him and the way the drive through attendant yelled at him it was extremely ghetto so he had to talk loudly to her at the speaker box cause it seem like she couldn’t hear him when he got to the window the manager said what’s all the yelling for my husband said I had to yell cause she yelled at me she gotta talking bout we not gonna do that. Let me say this it’s obviously that the young lady has bad customer services because the higher lead don’t have no kinda respect nor great customer services when dealing with customers you never approach a customer the way the manager did my husband I heard everything that location is extremely ghetto never will he go back there.

The food is ok, it's not mind-blowing, but it is better than others jack in the boxes. I have been a few times over the last month after I get off work. I always make my mobile order at the very least 5 minutes before I get in line, sometimes up to 20 minutes, but I get the same excuse every time from the person, "The order just popped up on my screen, so pull around to the front and wait". This is happening with only one car or sometimes no car in the drive thru. Why have recommended wait times on the app, if you aren't going to stick to those? Also, the lobby is closed at all hours of the day, I've never seen it open ever, yet you can order a carryout order. The service here is not good at all and honestly they are quite rude at times.
