Easily the worst Jimmy Johns in existence. Management needs to be entirely reevaluated. I order once a month, sometimes online, sometimes I go to the store because it's less than 1/4 miles from my office. 3/4 of my orders are messed up: Missing ingredients, crushed/stale bread, or it takes them 25 minutes to get here. When I go in, it is a chaotic scene. I've seen over 15 employees at the sandwich line fumbling all over each other trying to get these messed up orders out. I worked...read full review
