This is the 2nd time coming here that I’ve had to wait over 20 mins in the drive thru. Last time I didn’t get an I’m sorry for your wait, we shall see what happens this time around. Still sitting here waiting, it’s been 30 mins now. I’m next in line and have been for the past 15 minutes and counting. Unbelievable.

Workers were very inattentive. No receipt and forgot my ranch asked for jimmy peppers and got something else. NOT THAT HARD TO LISTEN. My BLT was NOT gutted and even tho I asked to half cut it didn’t get cut

I feel this place doesn't want to be open sometimes. When it's dark, their signs are never on, so you can't tell if they're open at all. Otherwise, just a standard JJ.

This was and online order for the turkey tom. When I arrived i almost thought it was closed. Not enough lighting on parking lot. Mainly I was not satisfied with the bare amount of meat. It was more of a bread sandwich. Thank goodness they have delicious bread. Overall disappointed with sandwich

I ordered the 8" Tuna Meal and 1/4 into my sandwich and I find that the sandwich is way too salty. I stopped my car after having gone through the drive-thru and enter the store. When I approach the counter I speak to a pleasant but unhelpful employee who i voice my concerns and to my disatisfaction, there was nothing that could be done. No swapping out the sandwich for something more palatable considering I had just paid $12-$13 for a meal or a refund, or something ....anything really. Luckily I have no cardiac conditions or I wouldve been in trouble, but I hope by writing this it will save anyone else from being dissatisfied and feeling cheated by this establishment.

The lobby is closed. You won't know that until you get out of your car, walk to the entrance, and read the small sign. I ended up going through the drive-through. The sandwich was made in a timely manner. I'm not a fan of their bread, but everything else on the sandwich is tasteful. The sandwich is with plenty of meat and cheese.

Great location..Great people working and my food is always delish! Shoutout to JJs for the UnWich! For somebody like me who is Gluten Free it gives me the feel of eating an "real" wrap or sandwich ? ?

I stopped by the Bridgeton jimmy John’s and the dark haired girl with the freckles working the drive thru 4/26/24 was extremely rude. I pulled up and she shoved my drink in my hand and is spilled down my arm. She had a horrible attitude and forgot to put my chips in my bag. Horrible experience will not be returning.

I really appreciated that they would deliver a couple mins outside of their delivery range to my job which they have done on many occasions and of course they have gotten tipped nicely. Well today we had a delivery from the manager Jordan and my order was correct but it was suppose to be an unwhich being I can’t eat bread. When I called and stated this I was told that Jordan refuses to correct my order and bring it back that I would have to come pick it up. Not only was it rude it was unreasonable. I’m being asked to leave work due to an error on your part.Never again! Oh and this was the second time they messed up. The other time they didn’t deliver my chip. However they did today. Good thing cause that’s all I have to eat being the sandwich is going to waste. Smh
