I made a mobile order. When I got there, they were out of the item I ordered and tried to get me to take a substitution. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they couldn’t refund my order and I had to call a customer service number. I called the customer service number and they said they couldn’t immediately give me a refund and that they would have to work on it and would email me the progress. Do not go here!!!

I would get this place zero stars, if I could, they were out of white rice for a least 4 days & the 1st time they tried to helping me by giving me more chicken and shrimp but really just gave a bowl instead with no sides and cost less than a plate so I feel like they own me money then their was no walnuts with my walnut shrimp then when I showed up 4 days later still didn't have white rice and the manager said to make it up. She'll give me more check-in. And then immediately, I was served with less chicken that I was promised. And a very small amount of walnut shrimp, again, with no walnuts. I don't wanna go to this place ever again. Which sucks, because it's right next to my house. But if you want panda, don't go to this location, you probably get screwed over

I was not satisfied with my order at all. My order was wrong,I didn’t receive what I asked for. I did tell the worker,and my order was fixed to what I ordered at least I thought it was,just for it to still be wrong. My food was cold,and chewy. My broccoli was very hard. Even my drink was wrong,I paid for a large tea with no ice and received a medium with ice. I will never go to that location again….

At 8 o'clock PM.They were out of most of the stuff that they were selling.And I ordered a entree in a bowl with rice.I got about five pieces of the entree,and full bowl of rice

My delivery order placed the panda express app, NOT placed on doordash was randomly cancelled, and i have yet to receive a refund. This company will steal your money!!!
I have gave this place too many chances; and every time I go something with my order is wrong. Now this time, my noodles were burnt and funky! I will never and I mean NEVER go here again.

Panda express is not like they use to be. The food taste, presentation and cost of the food is horrible. I will not eat here again. Just nasty. I felt like they gave me some old food from weeks ago. The rice was hard in lumps and the broccoli was old. I received more mushrooms than steak. I guess it was a mushroom bowl.

Waiting for the drive tru for 6 minutes and no one will take my order, and it was backing up behind me so I drove up to the window and hoping he’ll take my order but nope! He told me I have to go around and get back to the long line, are you crazy!? I’ve already waited and wasted time what is the difference for not taking my order in the window?? I would not recommend the drive tru here if you’re in a rush phase. Bad bad service!

They had us locked out in the cold past open time, and whenever I called them and asked nicely if they could let us in. The lady hung up on us, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
