My wife & I had a Saturday evening fast food craving, so we stopped in to the Panda Express in St. Ann on our way to some local retail shopping. The drive-thru lane was surprisingly empty, and the line for indoor ordering had only a handful of customers who were served promptly by several staff members. The young man who took our order was very friendly & efficient, and our meals were hot & fresh (one each Fried Rice Bowl, Orange Chicken & Honey Walnut Shrimp, with additional Chicken Egg Roll & Cream Cheese Rangoon appetizers). Serving sizes were generous (we had entree leftovers for a light lunch the next day), and the food quality & flavors were very satisfying. The only knock on the food was that my Egg Roll was slightly undercooked. The indoor dining area was well lit & clean. We will return when we have another round of Chinese food cravings.

The food was good the people were great and kind. The drive through was ran by an automated thing, I had no idea what it got and didnt. We ended up having to fix our order with the guy at the windows. He did so willingly. We had no idea what we had ordered till talking with him.

The past two times we’ve had our orange chicken taste undercooked but cold. The service is crap as well. really unprofessional people work here. I crave panda every once in a while so we get I and am always reminded this one is ran like trash so why go. Sucks because we live close by as well.
