I placed an order at 10:40 AM, received confirmation for delivery through email delivery time rolls around and no pizza on the phone with three different call centers using the number from this location, no one can tell me anything about what’s going on. Apparently there was not enough employees and the store was closed, but I still received a confirmation about my pizza.? if the store is closed, why are customers allowed to place orders? There was no indication that I was not getting my pizza. I did not receive any other kind of text or email about nothing obviously, I’m never ordering from here again.

I HATE dry pizza. I always request extra sauce. This location seems to think we're in the Great Depression and barely puts any sauce on a pizza that someone asks for extra sauce on. They never have the staff needed to deliver a pizza hot in any kind of timely fashion. Every experience has been a joke.

They apparently don’t know the difference between a PAN & HAND TOSSED pizza lol . I ordered a hour before they were closing & I’m guessing they were just trying to rush & get the orders out the way. I order a large PAN pizza & a medium HAND TOSSED My two pizzas were done under 20mins. The difference is literally the two diff types of crust .. so tell me why they look the exact same & BOTH were hand tossed? The pizza looking decent & tasting good is what saved them literally … & the fact that they were about to close because if not you would be remaking that large PAN pizza because that’s what I asked for. Your job is to satisfy the customer not do a rush job.

This is now the 2nd time that I have ordered from this store that it has taken over 2 hours for my food to be delivered. On top of that, they were out of the soda I ordered both times and refused to upgrade it from a 2 Liter from the 20oz I ordered. Also, pizza was delivered by DoorDash and the box smelled like cigarettes and there were ashes on the top of the box.
The absolute WORST! After waiting almost 2 hours. The pizza arrived dry and hard, the fries were dry and greasy and the cinnamon rolls had barely any icing on them. The people 8 spoke with at the store was nice but the food was trash!

Manager runs around cussing and threatening to go home rather than help. Team stacks stuff with no receipts, and honestly took way to long and pizza exchanged way to many hands for me to want it anymore

I will not order from this location again. There's always something wrong and I don't complain. But last night I waited for over 2 hours for food just to have to fight to get through at the call center to wait even longer for them to call the store to then be told that despite the tracker saying my order is in progress, it had been canceled. Not a phone call, not a text, and no email. There was literally zero indication that I wasn't going to be getting my dinner. Had to wait up way too late, my kids waited up too. Absolutely furious. The price pizza hut charges isn't worth the constant problems from this store.

I waited 2 hours for my food last night. They rush you off the phone and promise your food is on the way. I was told my order was leaving before I ever gave my name. I was placed on several holds for at least 5 minutes at a time to then have to call from another phone to get service. Save your money, do not give it to this Pizza Hut.
