A simple Google search for dine-in Pizza Huts took us to this location. Turns out it was only carry out or delivery. Goggle lied to us.

We ordered a big dinner box and the text said delivery at 7:48, apparently it got here before 7:15. It was just sitting on the porch. No knock on the door. Then we didn't get our sauces for the wings or breadsticks, so I called. The girl was so rude. She said "what do you want me to do about it ma'am. We can't send just sauces to you. I said we'll, what are you gonna do then. She said, I can't do anything for you. We said we wo t order there again a d She said, I don't care and hung up on me.

Arrived at the location at 8:00pm 2/26/24. No greeting from anyone. The manager was in the back busy, which is understandable. However there was a person in the preparation area who ignored me. I stood in the lobby for over 15 minutes. No orders waiting and he was simply walking back and forth… avoiding taking my order. the gentleman I’m assuming got frustrated that I didn’t leave and finally came to the cash register. Still no hello how can I help you? Sorry for the delay…nothing … As he stood staring at me, I asked if they were closing soon and he mumbled something and shook his head. Obviously he did not want my business, I left immediately. Today, 2/27/24,I went to a different location in Creve Coeur . Completely opposite experience!!! Arrived again at 8:00pm after work, immediately received a greeting when I opened the door, placed my order. My order was ready exactly in 10 minutes and exactly as I ordered it. Perfect!!! I will continue to go to the Creve Coeur location and avoid this location.

Ordered my food and drove there to pick up only to see a closed sign pasted on the window. Why would u take an order and not finish. Why not stop taking orders and finish the ones ordered before closing early. I did not even get a message they were closing after I ordered. This was hours before supposed to close

I placed my order for delivery at 6:15 pm its 8:00 and counting still havent received my order yet. I have tried to call only to be put on HOLD 3 different times (stayed on hold for over 15min at a call.) I finally hung up I was charged 45.00 and right now still waiting on our food I will never deal with this location again.
