October 10th I ordered pizza for my staff. What was supposed to be a small little thank you, turned into the worst take out experience I've ever had. I pulled into the parking lot and was greeted by a broken glass bottle in the parking space I chose (i couldn't see the glass).
The person working the store came around the corner and just couldn't care less, said what's the name, I told them. They put the food on the counter and walked away, I had to stop them and ask if I could have paper plates and plastic wear. They told me they dont do that anymore and walked away.
I ordered a large cheese pizza for a vegetarian staff member. It had sausage on it. Furthermore, the cheese pizza looked like it was 3+ hours old. The photo i listed was about 15 minutes after pickup. We couldn't even eat it. My cheese sticks didnt come with marinara.
I went and contacted customer service, and received automated messages saying the store would reach out. Its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone but the customer service bot. I even reached BACK out to customer service and still haven't heard back from anyone aside from pizza bot.
I wouldn't go back to this store if it were the last pizza joint in the country. I spent over $60 for an inedible cheese pizza, dry cheese sticks, and terrible customer service. The other pizza i ordered was fine. Should've gone to Little Ceasers, I would've gotten better service, more food, and higher quality pizza.

I been coming for about 3 weeks , and everytime i come in i have been treated with respect with this one employee , he is very respectful, patient, and listens today i finally ask him his name , It was Chris he has red hair , Great job pizza hut!

My order was delivered missing items and the ones that did come were not that good. The pizza was floppy and not cut all the way through and the bread sticks we’ll see for yourself not worth the price at all

Edit: it eventually came missing an item and what did arrive was all missing ingredients. Not one positive thing about this.

I placed an order at 10:40 AM, received confirmation for delivery through email delivery time rolls around and no pizza on the phone with three different call centers using the number from this location, no one can tell me anything about what’s going on. Apparently there was not enough employees and the store was closed, but I still received a confirmation about my pizza.? if the store is closed, why are customers allowed to place orders? There was no indication that I was not getting my pizza. I did not receive any other kind of text or email about nothing obviously, I’m never ordering from here again.

I HATE dry pizza. I always request extra sauce. This location seems to think we're in the Great Depression and barely puts any sauce on a pizza that someone asks for extra sauce on. They never have the staff needed to deliver a pizza hot in any kind of timely fashion. Every experience has been a joke.

They apparently don’t know the difference between a PAN & HAND TOSSED pizza lol . I ordered a hour before they were closing & I’m guessing they were just trying to rush & get the orders out the way. I order a large PAN pizza & a medium HAND TOSSED My two pizzas were done under 20mins. The difference is literally the two diff types of crust .. so tell me why they look the exact same & BOTH were hand tossed? The pizza looking decent & tasting good is what saved them literally … & the fact that they were about to close because if not you would be remaking that large PAN pizza because that’s what I asked for. Your job is to satisfy the customer not do a rush job.
