Dear Store Manager,

I’m a loyal Qdoba customer and believe the brand deserves more than five stars. However, I’d rate my recent visit to your St. Louis location two stars. I ordered a vegetarian bowl, but several items were out of stock, and some ingredients weren’t fresh. I suggest restocking inventory more frequently. Additionally, I noticed cleanliness and hygiene issues, which could improve with better oversight of employee practices. I value Qdoba and hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience at your store.

Bring back the cholula lime steak! Please :’( Me and my family were here twice a week when it was there and have barely been back since. Love the restaurant, the other meats just don’t have the same effect for us.

This location, every time I go, they are always out of main ingredients like lettuce, fajita pepper, cheese sauce, or shredded cheese. I went friday, and they didn't have lettuce or fajita pepper. The time before, they didn't have shredded cheese. Come on now! If you don't have the main ingredients, you might as well close the store down for the rest of the day. This store location needs to do better with inventory. The employees are ok. I have never had an issue there, but you all need to do better with the availability of items.

The service today was exceptional. The servings were perfect and they made sure to go get fresh ingredients/toppings out the back. The best Qdoba I’ve visited so far!

Placed an order on Uber eats , when I called the store to change something on my order the employee was so nice and let me add a couple more things to my bowl that I forgot to put down. She was very friendly and went out the way to help me out , she added the topping no problem. I appreciate her soo much due to me not being able to leave the house to get the food so I had to use Uber eats.

Rude workers all the way up the line. First time eating at a Qdoba, so I was slow to order. Staff acted like they would rather be doing anything else besides their jobs. First and last time at a Qdoba,I can tell you that.
