This was my first visit to Qdoba, and I was not very impressed. I ordered the steak burrito. It was over-stuffed to the point it would not close properly. The food was bland, and the people behind the counter making the food all seemed to be miserable.

This location is disgusting the food line is always dirty so I usually try and go early before it gets gross but today was the final straw when I saw someone who appeared to be a manager because she had a black shirt with collar on, come back from break..not wash her hand when the hand washing sink it right behind her..then begin making orders. Before putting on gloves she played in her hair while looking at receipts and then after putting on her gloves she kept snorting and rubbing her nose (allergy season).. what a gross thing to do infront of customers while making food. If they are that comfortable infront of customers I can't image how gross it is not infront of them. I just left.

I'm so upset with myself for going here again!! I hadn't been back to this location in over 6 months! To start the person taking my order acted like she was mad at me from me waking in the door!! I was chatting with my niece so I didn't realize how CHARRED the chicken was, until i got home. The black pieces you see are burnt chicken...not beans!! It ruined the whole meal!
Can someone tell me why the entire restaurant staff, prompted by the cashier, decided to bring attention the person I was with and make extremely sexist and objectifying comments loudly to them?? This is absolutely atrocious!
The guy that took my order was mumbling, and when I asked him to repeat, he got snippy with me. Then they’re out of just about out of everything. Then to top it off, the employees are just standing around, like they had nothing else to do. Meanwhile, the place is filthy.

This was a good environment. And I felt safe. Didn't like the Pico that much and someone could have wiped down the tables. But other than that, amazing. I felt seen and it was peaceful. Thank you for your great service.

I recently visited this location again and it seems to be having issues. I asked for a taco salad in a crispy shell bowl. They told me that they didn't have any of the crispy shells, so I took it in a disposable bowl. When it came to the salad dressing (they only have 2 to pick from) I selected the Ranch dressing and was told that they didn't have any, only the citrus dressing. I went to get a drink. Many of the choices on the drink machine were unavailable, found something that they had. I couldn't find a straw, asked for one, was told they didn't have any. Food was good, but not exactly what I wanted. Not sure what is going on here, but it's not looking good IMO. I won't be back anytime soon.

Located in a small quaint area . Parking is very limited and congested. Building is a nice size , plenty of seating for customers. Staff was nice. I ordered a brisket burrito with the works. Hubby ordered a tortilla bowl with chicken for protein and chips and Queso. Limited on all veggies. Up charge on everything. I feel it's already pricey so for you to have to order extra and get up charge fees is ridiculous. Food was delicious.
