Red Lobster

We were there for a birthday dinner the wait for us to be seated was over an hour and a half. I understood that they were busy we waited. There were 16 in our party. We had one waiter the whole night no one came to help this young man not even the manager so me, I was excited about trying your new crab boil. All the flavors were not available so I did choose one. Your soda machine was out of CO2 so we couldn’t order any sodas, either drink tea, lemonade, or water once my crab bowl came to the table. I looked at it. It was not worth the money that I was spending so I asked to speak to the manager. Manager never came so I went and found him and voiced my concerns about our service and the consistency of the food. The boil was overcooked. The shrimp was falling apart. It was overall un appealing to me. I paid for it. I asked for a go container so I could take it home. It wasn’t worth eating, so I threw it in the trash money wasted. my overall experience. with this location, I won’t frequent again management staff is so uncaring and he did not try to accommodate any of my concerns

My server Honesty had a excellent customer service and made ordering easy

Excellent service from the waitress named Vet. She was very pleasant from start to finish, with a smile on her face. We totally appreciated you. We’ll definitely ask for her by name the next time we visit this establishment. Everything came out quickly.

The food was great. Timothy did a great job with service as well. However the place was not that clean. We went at 11 30 on a Sunday morning. They just opened at 11 am and the bathroom was gross. It was obviously not cleaned from the day before. Also there were brooms and squeegees in view of the customers.

The service was great, the pasta i had the crab carbonara was salty as hell. And these prices have gotten ridiculous when it's all said and done Red lobster is still the fast food of seafood restaurants, they need to humble themselves, I will never patronize them again. Not to mention the biscuits got smaller, they are NO longer just giving you a salad with your order, you got to pay for it. Chile...never again✌🏾 Nothing against the location or the workers they were extra polite. Smooches

I've ordered delivery from here two times within the last week of moving into my new home. I would like to just commend the new food menu but also big shout out to the people preparing the meal. Their has definitely been a change of guard and the employees have adopted to the new order of business. I would recommend this be the location to check out the new menue the employees at this location take pride in the standard they have set. I APPRECIATE YOU
