Red Lobster

Just left this Red Lobster location and had terrible experience. Food took an hour to come out and was poor quality. Only thing that was hot was the French fries with the admiral feast but wasn't really a feast and over priced. Bristol would have done ten times better. Horrible never coming back to this location.

We waited an hour to receive our meal but the waiter Terrence was amazing. He was patient with our table of 7, and making sure all orders were correct. Thank you Terrence!! ❤️💪🏽

We tried again but the results were the same. Our bartender Tim did his job but we never received our food. After waiting for 1 hour he said he's not sure what happened with our order. There was a customer complaining as we walked in about her long wait, that was a sign we shouldn't have ignored. We ended up paying for our drinks and left still hungry. This was at the one in Bridgeton of Rock road

Sunday afternoon meal with a short wait to be rested. Our waitress was nice, helpful in selections and kept our drinks full. I enjoyed my meal of Shrimp Linguini, Shrimp Scampi, Popcorn Shrimp and fries $18.99 Special. All around great experience!

My husband and I stopped patronizing Red Lobster several years ago. We returned last year on my birthday, and while the food and service were okay, they didn’t particularly stand out. However, we decided to give it another try this year for my birthday, and we were very impressed.

The service was excellent. Our server, whom I believe was named Ryan, was amazing. He was professional, customer-focused, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which is refreshing to experience these days.

The food was appetizing, served at the perfect temperature, and tasted excellent. Although the restaurant was out of the alcoholic beverage I initially ordered, Ryan helped me choose a replacement that turned out to be great.

We will definitely be returning, and I hope to see Red Lobster continue to regain its reputation for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. Thank you again, Ryan, for an excellent experience.

When my husband and I walked in we were greeted with a dry welcome. I want to mention that I’m 8 months pregnant. When we were seated the lady quick put the menus in the booth and quickly walked away. I stood and waited for a server to come by. No one passed. I seated us at empty table never another couple. Waited 10 minutes, no one came to attempt to take an order of any kind. A couple that came after us received service right away.

Drove to the St. Charles location. Received an option for seating and within 2 minutes I received service. This location is actually packed and busy! There was no excuse for Bridgeton's poor service.
