Smoothie King

Been through drive through multiple time across the month and they never have smoothie bowls available :( I try to go to this one bc it’s close

Store was clean, staff was efficient & nice. We walked out of Lindbergh location, glad we came here instead.

Last week I ordered a smoothie on the app only to come in and be told they cannot make it because they were out of bananas. They could not cancel the order or give me a refund so I walked out with no smoothie and out of $8.

This store is very inconsistent with service and flavor. I will be using other franchise locations moving forward.

To Smoothie King's Response - I have reached out through the feedback portal 3 times and have yet to get a response.

At 8 they all just walked outside and didnt take orders.

Every time I come here in the morning, I’m told that they are not making any bowls. What is the point of selling them if you’re not making them?!

Server Cameryn had such a non positive attitude practically shoved the receipt in my hand , I had to take a deep breathe from going there with her usually a positive experience , I'm come to this location everyday after work , I'm hoping it was a one off because I didn't ask her to work there , and negative energy transfers , I hope she has a positive week moving forward because she definitely pissed me off

I come here almost daily and most times there’s no line. Today I waited almost 20 minutes for Açai bowl. There was no car I front of me. A lot of times they’re either out of one of the fruits are out of the honey or aren’t serving Bowl I spoke with the manager once somebody and she didn’t have me come in and assured me that they would have it available, but this is absolutely ridiculous. The wait time at this location.

You know we're living a world of inconveniences and that's fine. You know we all can't get our way everyday but you want to know what's weird. Is going to a place that only makes one thing and then them telling you that all the machines that make this item don't work now that is a first. I cannot lie if you guys had 10 blenders and they were all broken. What would be the point of being called smoothie King? Lol I get done with my workout. I want to get a smoothie from my favorite smoothie spot and I couldn't do that today All because the blenders weren't working. So wait a minute who's taking care of the blenders outside of work or during their shift? I don't know, but today was a really weird day that I couldn't get a smoothie at smoothie King...

No store manger let me place my order then say we don’t have no change..the register won’t open…asked for the manager wouldn’t give me the contact information…they left kids running the store

customer service was fast friendly and the store was clean
