Avoid this place!
This was my first and last visit here. There was a lunch time rush, which is completely understandable. What is not understandable is the workers telling you they are 26 orders behind, then turning around and making food at a snails pace. Everyone handling food was working as though there is only one order on queue. You works think working slowly would mean better quality…false! The food was below average. Order at your own risk.

Paid almost 17 dollars for a salad that’s pathetically small and has none of the things I asked and paid extra for. This is the third time I’ve ordered from this location and something is missing.
Just a heads up if u have a pick up time say 11a.m it probably won't be ready until 11:20.

Slowest service I've ever had anywhere. Sluggish and poor
I purchased pick 2 salad and sandwich. Salad was horrible took back they remade everything got home same results salad still bad. If customers are not satisfied with the food changes need to be made high quality food starting with fresh lettuce 😒

When I tell you the bathroom at the Panera on St. Charles rock Road was one of the nastiest bathrooms I’ve ever been in in my life. I felt like I was in a truckstop and for a man just going to a urinal the urinal smelled worse than an odor I’ve ever smelt in my life, even putting my shirt over my nose. It was just degrading. I just never would imagine this would be the The shape of a public bathroom I would’ve taken a picture, but the picture wouldn’t have let the smell give it. Any justice do better Panera because right now that bathroom is a pissy shame.

I came to this panera's one day last week and ordered broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. They told me they had no bread bowls and I said that's fine, I'll take a baguette. Guess what, they didn't have any baguettes either.
How can you be a soup and sandwich place with no bread?
Well, I should have learned my lesson and never should have came back to this Panera's. But no, I pulled up here 17 minutes ago, I finally got to the place where you order and she told me it was going to be at least 40 minutes before my food was ready even though there was only four cars in front of me.
This panera's is dead to me and I guarantee it'll be closed by the end of the year.

By the time you get in there between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. there's maybe three different types of bagels you can get all the rest are of the baskets are empty. The workers there seem extremely unhappy and are not friendly at all! The doors to go into the business are filthy dirty! The managers attitude really stinks and when I've been in there before you just stood in line when there were people just standing around that work there doing nothing! But when you have a manager that has an attitude the employees aren't going to do any better!

I have a diabetic child and ordered chicken noodle soup without noodles at this site and another with no issues. I was so appreciative that it was done. I came back a few days later ordered thr same thing and all of a sudden it cant be done. The manager says they dont do that ... he offered to give me broth but no chicken. I was disappointed and confused since this has never been an issue the past couple times ive ordered this. Panera needs to offer more diabetic friendly options for people who cant eat their soups. I still ordered it but had to pick out all the noodles for her

GO TO ANOTHER PANERA LOCATION – NOT THIS ONE
I’ve been going to the Panera Bread in Bridgeton, MO for my lunch breaks, and every single time there’s a problem. I kept giving them chances, but enough is enough.
Today I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru pick up for a simple order. My entire lunch break was gone, and when I finally opened my Chicken Mediterranean Grain Salad, there was NO CHICKEN AT ALL. Unbelievable.
This isn’t the first issue either. A few weeks ago, I tried Rapid Pick-Up inside hoping that is faster, and it took them 45 minutes past my scheduled time to prepare it. Rapid pick-up? What a joke.
The service is always slow.. If they are too busy, then the app should block new orders or at least warn customers of the actual wait time instead of setting false expectations.
Completely unacceptable. I expect better from Panera.
STLBC was really good!
Like most corporate spots, they're more worried about their bottom line than staffing the restaurant sufficiently. The staff was nice but the restaurant was in need of a clean.

I got a strawberry poppy seed salad with chucken which I have had many many times. This was my 1st this summer. Only had 1 strawberry. 3 blueberries, a couple pieces of pineapple, about 6 mandrian orange slices. A few pecans. Also hardly any dressing. In past couple years this salad has been wonderful full of fruit and dressing plenty too. This salad was very disappointing. It did have enough chicken and plenty of lettuce. Im really really upset as this is my fav salad and I usually eat it all summer long. I wont be getting it again. So probably wont go to bread co again
