The rudeness of the staff is unbelievable. My wife ordered our drinks while pulling up to the restaurant. The young lady that answered us at Drive Thru had the audacity to tell me that next time to wait to come up to the drive thru because it messes with their DT wait times. I had to take this moment to educate the young lady that her DT wait times is not the customers concern. And to tell the customer that is very unprofessional. I have my kids I have to go pick up and wanted to grab a coffee on the way since I had a few extra minutes. Also like every customer that comes and spends money with this establishment, our patronage pays their check and keeps the doors open and she should never take that for granted.

I gave a 2 star because the associate at the drive thru was very friendly and courteous but the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Im used to getting wasn't it...whomever made it did a terrible

Kid-friendliness: Kids everywhere shoping with parents and grandparents.
Some ppl need to watch their kids!!! I saw an accident about to happen and told the kids 3 times to stop tilting the cart with her brother ? in it .Mother busy talking to clerk. ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

First time, hair in my cake, second time out of products every visit, NO grill cheese sandwiches or breakfast food. Also, ordered chocolate cold brew, had only a 100.00 bill and Manger and staff refuse to take. I dislike this store... called the corporate office on 6/24/22 still waiting.... THEY DON'T CARE!!!!

I Had came here with my fiancé ans normally I don't go to this locations its very rare. But I needed a good wake me up when I got off of my shift. From a job. I order a venti Vallnlia bean frap with a shot of expresso. It was a little watery taste. And when I was looking at my cup. I thought there was a black pieace of hair. On the outside eof my cup. I tired to take it off.... nope. It was INSIDE my CUP I thought it wasn't that long but BOY was I WRONG! I moved thr Frappuccino around more it had to be like 4 inches of black hair. Did I find one nope but two peiace is BLACK hair in my drink. I was grossed out. But I came back explained to them what was wrong. That I qas gone like 2 mintues. Ago and they made a nasty look like yeah this your fault. This is nasty. One guy said " oh I guess I should go fix my hair". Like I work on fast food too and mt hair is put up off my shoulders. Always. Not in a low pony tail. But they gave me my money back ans remade my drink. Didn't expected it at all. But I think I will stick to my original starbucks closer to home. ( I hope you can see it)
