Haven’t eaten food here but 5 star anyways because the workers I’ve talked too are ALWAYS so kind and are always the best. Best Starbucks I’ve consistently been too.

A lot of people like to report the bad experiences they have and I just wanted to appreciate the team who worked this morning. They were packed and the girl who took orders through the drive thru helped keep things moving efficiently. Went out of her way to bring mobile orders that were done out to the speaker to keep things moving quickly. The drinks were amazing and this is why I like this location the team especially in the mornings are amazing. Thank you for coming in everyday and taking care of everyone. You deal with people who haven’t had their caffeine yet and we know there are a lot of different personalities that come out. 😄❤️

Horrible. Literally 20 min waiting for 4 croissants to be warmed up. We cancelled the order. The guy in front of us was waiting longer than us and also cancelled. Over 6 employees and not so busy. So never again

‘We call out the name of the drink.’🤔 The reply I got when I went back to the register after realizing Tara didn’t ask me for my name when I placed my order. She gave a ‘dismissed’ vibe with it. Yet, from the time I stepped in the store, all I heard were names called out as orders were placed on the pickup counter. I just listened for confirmation of her truth. Yet, my order was the only ‘drink name’ called out when she said it. 😂 Thank you to the barista who made the drink though, it was good!

Today I came into this location because I had a last minute thought of stopping to use my gift card I received from my boss at Sportclips. However the line was backed up in the drive thru and the customers started arguing with each other. On top of waiting I waited so long my car started to run hot. But no biggie, I pulled out the line to park while my car cooled. I explained to the employee inside why I came in and what I ordered. The ordered was cancelled so I reordered this time this person asked if I wanted it hot or cold so I said cold please. Other lady then gives me a hot drink once it was ready. I said she asked if I wanted it cold but the face she made was unpleasant so I just took the hot coffee. My past experiences has been very pleasant almost like Chick-fil-A. Let's keep it pleasant please.

If I would like to say, I’m a very easy-going customer. I ordered the croissant all the time. I just walked out of there ain’t afraid of nothing. But when I pay for something and I get it and it’s ice cold that’s a problem now when I went to the register, I asked for my money back that’s what I said instead the same disrespectful worker Put it in and burned it now I’ve had it before and it’s cooked so the inside is an ice cold. Real stink attitude I guess that’s why she’s here.

This use to be my favorite location to grab my Starbucks order. I go every single morning and order the exact same drink. The last week and a half I’ve gotten a different drink every time. Super disappointed

Dang. Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked in and there wasn’t a single other customer in the store, yet all three employees completely ignored me. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just silence. Eventually, one of them slowly walked to the register and just stared at me without saying a word. No “hi,” no “what can I get for you,” nothing. It was awkward and honestly made me want to walk right back out.
