I ordered a coffee in my car before I came into the store, then came in and sat down in the corner and started to set up my laptop planning to start on my tasks as I waited for my coffee. Before my coffee was finished an employee approached me and said “you have to purchase something to sit in here”. I told her I was aware and was waiting on my order, and got a slight sorry. I understand there is a loitering issue, but I was only there for three minutes before I was approached, maybe next time give it a little more time before you assume they are not a paying customer.

Employees working 3/8/25 around 11:45 were very rude from us ordering to the window. Also not to mention rushing us to order and STILL GETTING THE ORDER WRONG. probably wouldn’t come back to this one.

I just waited 15 minutes in a long line only to be told when I got to the drive-through window that they would not take a $50 bill they only take 20s or less my food was $15 so you tell me you didn’t have $35 in change. I won’t visit this location again.

Got to store at 8:10 and female worker refused service cause she said she finna close. Unbelievable. Waited patiently for 10 minutes before she even took my order.

Flow of this location is just terrible. The parking spots are angled showing the parking lot is clearly one way but the only way out is to sit in the drive thru line? Maybe thats just bc of the snow being plowed into the outside lane, it’s hard to tell currently. But On top of that, delivery orders are kept by the register not with the pickup items. Makes no sense. How are people supposed to pick up the orders at the same spot people are lining up to order? Not saying you have to have them sitting out bc I get the theft part but can you not pass them where you put out/pass literally everything else? Not by the door where people are awkwardly lined up. It seems like this would be common sense lol

I visit the Bridgeton location quite frequently after leaving the gym and my order is ALWAYS the same, Grande Caffe Americano, Splash of Heavy Cream, Blonde Expresso, No Water and my cup is ALWAYS full. This morning, going through the Drive Up to p/u my mobile order, I grabbed and cup and it was 3/4. I expressed my concerns to the Barista and she advised me that since my order DID NOT include WATER, this in correct. I advised my Grande cup is ALWAYS full and her response was, "Well it's not supposed to be" and closed the window. I didn't get the Barista's name but she VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I visit this location quite frequently. But today was my last vist and will drive 1 minute down the road to Target.

Came to this Starbucks Tuesday January 14th 2025, after placing order online. When I pulled up I told the young lady at the drive-thru that I was picking up an online order and she hollered out you just ordered it! Rude and nasty. There was no one behind me but several cars in front of me and I was wondering would it have made a difference if I ordered it when I pulled up to the speaker because it still would not have been ready. My point is she was very rude to begin with and I will not be returning because the drinks I ordered were gross. I not only had to pay for gross drinks but a nasty attitude to top that off. I was happy to see that she was not at the window when I pulled up. A tall guy with curly hair was making the drinks and he wasn't much better I told him thank you very much and he grunted. What is wrong with people?? ! I don't know why I tried to give this store a second chance because from the time that they opened there's always been some kind of problem or mix up or bad tasting drinks but this is it, no more!

I went to pick up 2 hot cafe latte’s today. Had my own cups that keeps my husband and I coffee hot for several hours. After noticing that my husband’s coffee was a cold latte and mine was super hot, we took it back about 15 minutes after it was made. No problem because humans make mistakes. However the female barista that made it argued that it was hot because she made it. I said no ma’am it was ice cold. She continued to argue that she was the one who made it and she know that she steamed the milk. I just didn’t understand how management allowed her to continue to be on the clock after seeing that butter melted in one latte and it was piping hot and the other butter sat cold on top of the cold latte. I’ve never been disrespected at any Starbucks even when they got it wrong. I’m shocked that Starbucks would hire such a rude disrespectful individual. It was not only an inconvenience but it was an issue of not wanting to ever visit this particular store. This is our order every single time and I know what ice cold is vs hot. I would like to report this particular employee. The manager had to tell her to be quiet because she kept talking to me.

The girl with the red hair and glasses ALWAYS has an attitude, like every time I go in there, she just seems annoyed like she doesn't want to be there or she hates her life or something, I'm not sure but she's snappy and rude and makes me feel uncomfortable, (other reviewers have said the same) other than that the coffee is pretty good and the other barristas are very nice but somehow I always luck up and order my coffee when "she's" working. Please take her off the window if she can't be friendlier, I mean this is Starbucks not Dunkin. I pay the higher prices for good coffee and to not feel like a burden when I come for my daily latte.

If you order inside you are put on low priority. If you order drive through it’s a long line. Mobile is the way to go but expect to wait a while for it.

Wouldn’t take my order bc I was paying with a $50. Was very arrogant & snooty about it after waiting minutes for help to begin with. They didn’t know I was about to place a $40 order…just saw what was in my hand & refused to take my order. You telling me Starbucks can’t give back $10 in change? Very poor business practice from employees. If I was the owner/operator I wouldn’t want someone employed for me that was holding back business, profits, & now getting a poor review.

In no Starbucks have they given me such a bad product, the glass is all empty and there is very little whipping cream in the drink, plus the flavor leaves a lot to be desired, I definitely won't return, I pay in full and my glass is half full
