So disrespectful in the food is so expensive it’s not how much the subway is
DO NOT GO HERE.
This is by far the worst Subway location I’ve ever visited. Every Subway customer knows that you can freely choose and add any standard veggies to your sandwich — that’s part of the Subway experience. When I simply asked for a little extra onion (because they barely added any), the staff told me I would be charged extra.
That is not how Subway operates. This goes against Subway’s franchise policy and customer standards. The corporate office should definitely look into this location for violating company rules and damaging the brand reputation

We went probably a few minutes after they open. The lettuce was not fresh. I thought the service was OK until I got ready to check out and he said the food was $54 for 2 foot longs and a 6 inch subway and all I said was I didn’t realize Subway had gotten so expensive. He looked over to the lady Next to him and said I told you so as if to say people who looks like me complain all the time. I did have two sodas and some chips, but that was because he kept trying to charge me things when I kept saying no thank you and then he would say, but you could get it as a combo as if making it sound like it would be cheaper. Horrible service

WORST SUBWAY EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THE PRICES ARE SUPER INFLATED. I had to force the man in charge of veggies to put more than 4 green peppers on a footlong, same with onions and black olives. The meatball sauce was all water. When I asked to get a small cup of sauce on the side, I was told no. No other Subway has ever had an issue with it.
This place isn’t as bad as everyone is saying. The man served my sandwich perfectly with a big smile and great attitude. Sandwich was a 10 and the atmosphere was spotless always clean.

Very bad experience a girl who is working she have very bad attitude. I order footlong veggie patty and she give me 3 4 onion slices 3 4 cucumber slices and i asked for more she give me attitude and put one. And i am not new about subway my family own a subway so i know how many potion comes.

I’m in the hospital and ordered food. My sons went to pick it up and got the wrong drink. Instead of them offering a different bottled drink like I had ordered they downgraded my drink and I sent my son back to the store to get something different. This made them made and they didn’t want to honor my original order, and there was a back and forth over the phone. The staff is rude and lack customer service skills. Vegetables are old and soggy and they didn’t have what I asked for and tried to downgrade my drink. When I refused and said that I wanted to return the entire order then he gave my son what I paid for but told him to tell me never to order from them again. I wanted to return everything I paid for but there just greedy and lack decency. Never order from these people because they feel their customers are disposable. Run them out of business!!

Didn’t let me use my gift card said that it was missing apart, which it wasn’t. So I had to use My card, which is messed up because it is a gift card that hasn’t even been used yet Also, there’s soda machine has mold all over it and the tea machines look like they haven’t been clean in a month.

The only subway in St. Louis that doesn't coupons... How stupid do you have to be to only accept coupons for certain items? Wasting product and losing too much money doing that. Too overpriced to even be acting like that. And the girl and the guy that was taking my order up there was acting like they're challenged, stared at me like I was crazy when I was trying to place my order.. Especially the girl; does she have hearing problems? How are the both of you so incompetent? Never again. It's no wonder this place is always empty. Hope this subway gets shut down and everyone there loses their job

Most expensive Subway I have ever been to. When questioned about it the staff simply responded with “We don't honor subways prices.” Nearly all customers that ordered during our visit were shocked by the prices and complained
