I very rarely eat fast food and when I do its usually subway or the like , Arby's and or McDonald's. But had taco bell here on ST. Charles Rock Road. It was pretty good and very hot . Service was fantastic she made us laugh. I word recommend this place if your craven #7 box. It's my choice. Have a great day.

I normally pick up an order once every 2 weeks or so, the drive thru is consistently closed around 7pm, and despite placing online orders for pickup, even with set times the shortest wait time I've ever experienced has been 20 minutes. As I write this review I am almost 10 minutes into a wait for an order I had placed 15 minutes before arriving. I will be going to the location further out of the way in the future.

Used the bathroom before grabbing a bite and there was no soap. It was bone dry, not like it had just run out. That means employees using that restroom aren't washing their hands. It also means I would not eat there. Additionally, the restroom was dirty and smelled disgusting. I had to run for the border.

Absolutely worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Got my order wrong and they got my drink wrong. They took forever to go on the intercom for customers to order through the drive through.

Cheese cups busted in the bag. Missing two items out of my order and none of our stuff was made correctly. Barely and chips in the bags and tacos had barely any meat in them at all. Was rushed to give our order and nothing was made correctly

Opinionated Scents

Super ratchet. The wait is always long even when you're the only person there. The workers say and do anything. They seem to have fun with each other but there's no professionalism at all.

Terrible experience. Tonight we waited 10 minutes to get to the drive through screen- there was only 1 person ahead of us. When it was our turn to order the lady was extremely rude when we asked for the Midnight Mt Dew- she said they don’t sell it and we asked again to clarify that we heard correctly because there were several signs around the menu stating they had it. She was speaking so quietly it was difficult to hear. We order the rest and she asked if we needed anything else. We said that one of the drinks was supposed to be a freeze and she didn’t say anything. We asked if she got that and she said have a good day. We asked again and she yelled HAVE A GOOD DAY and told us to leave, then deleted our order. We drove away.
Horrible customer service. No wonder this location is struggling

Went through the drive through today.. first the woman speaking we couldn't hear over the a/c running in the back so when we asked for her to repeat herself she snapped back with an attitude.
Second we ordered a simple 2 crunchy tacos with cantina chicken quesadilla.
What we received was 2 soft and a regular chicken quesadilla but paid for the latter.
All in all I'll be going to the Dorsett location cause Ive been met there with nothing but kindness and correct orders!
C'mon Bridgeton get it together.

Do not order DoorDash from this Taco Bell. You will not receive your entire order and you will never receive the sauce packets you ask for, ever (out of multiple orders, we have never received a sauce packet). Will not return. This was originally a 3 star review and after multiple negative orders, it’s now a 1-star review.

I'm not fond of the order kiosk. They refused to take my order at the front. The kiosk doesn't work for people who are blind or have limited vision.
