Do not order DoorDash from this Taco Bell. You will not receive your entire order and you will never receive the sauce packets you ask for, ever (out of multiple orders, we have never received a sauce packet). Will not return. This was originally a 3 star review and after multiple negative orders, it’s now a 1-star review.

I'm not fond of the order kiosk. They refused to take my order at the front. The kiosk doesn't work for people who are blind or have limited vision.

Go to drive thru 1 person at window, 1 person at speaker im behind car at speaker just wasted my whole 30min break while i was told be with you in 1 second after i waited 10minutes to get to the speaker for 1 car , then waited 10 minutes myself and pulled off so im not late for work, literally have no buisness at all to be making people wait longer than 20minutes to even order food, pure disrespect and mismanagment

This place used to be the worst, but the last few times I’ve been it has been the best fast food service on the rock road and they’re right next to chick fil a, they are always so kind and friendly now and it is very refreshing- the food is good too!
Worst food service I’ve ever received.The cashier (Ameriana S )started taking our order and had very nasty attitude.We asked for no ice with one of our drinks but still got ice.When I get home to start eating the tacos had nojoke a thin line of meat barely and very little toppings when we order supremes.This is really a shamefully especially for a )$30.00 order for two measly combos.An employees should at least start of with better attitudes ,I understand not being in a good mood but you don’t shed that onto a customer.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I placed an order and waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to be told—20 minutes before closing—that they wouldn’t serve me. They canceled my order without explanation and gave me unnecessary attitude when I asked about it. If you’re going to stop taking orders early, at least post a sign or let customers know ahead of time. I’ve never had this kind of treatment at other locations. Definitely won’t be coming back to this one.
