I ordered a fry and a taco and I noticed that I got my third delivery person trying to pick up my food and I messaged them to see what the issue was. They informed me that the employees working there weren’t even acknowledging him or the customers coming in. What kind of franchise ignores their incoming customers? I also called 8 times and no answer. 🚨DO NOT ORDER AT THIS TACO BELL🚨you will never get your delivery and if you go in you’ll never get served. If you need something delivered save your money and don’t order from this Taco Bell.

*UPDATE* My 4th driver finally was able to get my food from those and said that had to be the WORST fast food crew they’ve ever encountered. Instead of my steak fries they gave me cheesy potatoes which is like a $6 price difference. Absolutely ridiculous

Pulled up to the drive through and was told "give me a moment" after 5 minutes I asked if I needed to come inside and the lady snapped off and said "there's only two of us, if you can't wait then drive off"

I get they may be short staffed and that's on the management, but communicate that from the start. Ridiculous

Their menu still had the mini steak crunchwraps, I ordered 2 orders of that. I didn't get notified of anything. My driver showed up with a bag and said they gave me a couple free taco cards instead. I paid $13 for those 2 orders, and I DID NOT order tacos, the free taco things they gave me do NOT equate to what was spent. They also neglected to give me 1 of my queso cups and Avocado salsa that I PAID FOR. Didn't give me any of the requested sauce either (it was only 7 packets, why is that so difficult to add to the bag?) Pretty PO'd that they couldn't bother to have the Uber Eats guy call me about my missing items or refund that portion, instead they just chose the cheaper, lazy route.
This food was for multiple people and now only one of the 3 us ate our food, and she said it wasnt even made the right way. This is unacceptable behavior of a restaurant. They should have made contact and asked what we wanted instead. Now I have to request a refund for what wasnt even made and find something else to eat for myself and kid.

I’m honestly appalled at how low the service industry has gotten. Simply asking for an on menu option being met with nothing but disrespect. A simple “we don’t not carry that item anymore” or “we are currently out of stock” would suffice. Instead being told as “we ain’t serve no fry’s” and closing out the order before even being given an option to add something else. Out of all the Taco Bell location in this general area this one has let me down time and time again. All the way from missing or incorrect items to just being berated by the drive through staff. Whoever owns this location should take notes from other locations and perhaps do some some staff restructuring.

⭐ lowkey I wanna give it a 0/5 – Absolutely Terrible!

Man, where do I even start? I pulled up to Taco Bell thinking I was about to feast, but instead, I got a masterclass in how NOT to run a restaurant. First off, they had nacho fries plastered all over the menu like they were the second coming of fast food, but when I asked for some—surprise—they didn’t even have them. Like, why advertise what you don’t have? Make it make sense. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Then I tried to order the Fiesta Cheesy Potatoes. Keyword: tried. Apparently, the employee didn’t hear me, which—okay, mistakes happen. But then she tells me I have to go all the way around the drive-thru again just to reorder because they “only replace drinks up front.” HUH? You mean to tell me you can't just put my order in real quick? Now I’m back at the speaker, and this same employee hits me with, “Hi, how’s things going?” Like I wasn’t JUST there. 🙄

The whole experience was a disaster. The service? Trash. The accuracy? Nonexistent. The food? I wouldn’t know because I barely got what I ordered! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time and disappointment.

I hope this place dont end up closing because of how bad the service is. It sure needs new management. We placed an order and it said ready on the app but when we arrived they still took about 10-13 minutes to give us our food. I was planning to eat there but they had the Heat all the way up, it was burning hot inside the lobby and when someone mentioned that it was hot the front desk lady just laughed.

Expect awful customer service and extremely long waits for food you didn't even order. I waited 20 minutes at the window just for the girl to finally bring what I thought was my order and it wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered. She even asked me what my order was about 5 minutes after I pulled up to the window. She had the audacity to hand me a random bag of food and argue with me about what I ordered vs what she rang up. The order on the screen was correct before I pulled up to the window. I have no idea how she came up with what she handed me. Rude and incompetent.

I was greeted with a kiosk,then you hear a voice after you place the order with your name and it's on a rack where the old registers were.
Where are the people with the smiling faces? ? I won't do it anymore and I like them.
