Terminal 3 Bar & Grill

I live close by and this place is always packed. I decided to try today after work 5-14-25 around 3pm or, wasn't crowded. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings 🔥🔥, a margarita flight 🔥🔥 and a tropical long island 🔥🔥. My total was $76 for one person and they added gratuity?? I've been a waitress so I get it but gratuity for one person is insane. Lee who took care of me made sure I was good and he was great. I was gonna give him way more than the gratuity. Sorry bro

Best service I've had in a while! Terminal 3 is a great vibe and has been since I've been coming. Keva has the best service I've seen in a while. Food great, cocktails great, and you cant forget the phenomenal service.

Services was terrible took forever for us to be waited on but i our server was great ! Food was mid sweet potatoes were not that good. And they were packed to over capacity ! Forgot to add with my first review chicken , fish and mixed greens were fire ! I’ll definitely come back and order that !

Excellent food. Horrible, Horrible service. Keva and Dominic made things a little better and neither of them was our waitress. This is the second time I've waited 2 hours for food. Communication works guys. My advice is to eat before you go eat there. I will not return.

I went to this location last night with my friend. It was very out of the way for us, so we came to have a good time. We discovered this spot from one of the advertisements about a weekly event called “Tow Down Tuesdays” where shots and tacos are $2 and margaritas $5. The advertisement says this is every Tuesday night from 4pm to 12am. When we went to get drinks at the bar last night we were charged $60 dollars for 3 drinks (double shot of tequila blanco, a redbull, and a margarita). When we asked her why the drinks were so expensive we were given weird looks and attitudes, giving the bartender grace as it looked like a busy night, we decided to not hassle her any further. Looking back at their social media pages and the false advertisement today clearly indicates that we were SCAMMED last night out of our time and money. Today, as my friend and I have been trying to get in contact with management to resolve the issue, we are getting no answer on the phone and comments about our experience are being deleted from their social media pages. We are disheartened by the false advertisement and the nasty customer service received last night. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. My living room was more fun than this place.

There was a lot to unpack, where do I start. It was 30 minutes before a waitress even noticed that we were seated. We ordered food and drinks at the same time. 45 minutes later, we received our drinks, and 20 minutes after that, we received all of our food except 1 taco, which was later brought. I then reluctantly ordered chicken wings, no fries. The waitress never gave me an option on the amount of chicken, which ended up being 6 whole wings. I said no fries, and I still was given them and charged. Fries were cold, and the sauce on the chicken was subpar. The waitresses spent more time turning up, then actually waiting on customers. The crowd is on the younger side, and so are the waitresses. Over the age of 30, don't stay past 8pm.

Friendly Staff, Great Atmosphere, only problem for me was that a lot of the food items from the menu were unavailable (including sauces) other than that everything was great

Ummmmm I had the worst experience here on a Sunday I thought it would be exciting from the outside music which means they have a good dj. I went to the bar to see if I needed to seat myself
The bar tender told me to pause mid question and helped another bar tender with a drink that then asked me what do I need. I replied “I just wanted to know if I seat myself she said yes and then I sat down waited forever and no one ever came. Bad time here got up and left baby yall are not a polite place. I wouldn’t eat here for fun the people in there are rude and it just gave bad time.
