The staff was incredibly friendly. The place was very clean. Very cozy chill spot for seafood. All of the food was seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend!

Food was great! I dont care for seafood but the group i was will loved it. I got the chicken wings!!! They were great! Frozen drinks were ok. I didn't like the fact that we had to go to the counter to order individually. Our food was delivered to our table. We had a large party but because of the way you have to order, our food was not all brought out at the same time so some people were finished eating before everyone was served. It seems like fried foods take much longer than the seafood pasta or the boils.

Omg where do I start. I ordered online food wasn't ready when I arrived. I ordered Gumbo with rice , fish and fries, shrimp fish and fries, and garlic butter seafood pasta. Food was hot I must say. The fish wasn't real fish and the batter was horrible simply horrible. The gumbo had more okra and the gravy tasted like a brown gravy mix. The shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. Last but not least the pasta was dry the shrimp looked like it wasn't cooked. Nooooo sauce was on the noodles none stuck together and dry. The garlic butter sauce was just a drop of butter and minced garlic in a jello shot cup. This was my first time here and the waste of 75.00.

I order 2 lbs of clams& half of the clams were closed tightly shut.. indicating they were not good to eat. Waited 1hr for my food. Clams were tossed in the wrong sauce.
Please….Don’t eat here. Go to Kickin Crab on Olive. I always go there and never have a problem. I will not be coming back to Mad Crab.

So so dirty. As we have gone her 50 times over the years, always knowing I'm going to drop $100+ and loved the food I think they stopped cleaning. The napkin holder was crusty on the outside. Food or snot on the walls. Bathroom was disgusting. I had already paid and tipped before seeing this stuff. But, if I hadn't we would have left. Used to be clean. Wondering if it is new owners or what because yuck!!!
