The service was horrible at the Waffle House on St Charles Rock Rd! We sat down at the table, and the waitress said, why are you sitting at that table because it was dirty! She didn’t bother to clean it or give us a menu. We were there for about ten minutes and no service but a customer walked in and they were waited on immediately so we left! There were only a couple of people there so go figure!

I went here after work at 3:45am. I asked for an omelette and when I got my omelette it was brown. I didn’t eat omelette and still ended up paying for the omelette and and gave the lady an $18 tip. I believe whoever the manager is over this restaurant needs to be fired and their needs to be a new cook at this time of night. Who eats brown eggs?🤔

Simple breakfast food for dinner is always good for us specially when you’re on a road for days doing nothing but drive. The place was tidy & clean. Emily was our server. She’s quiet but very attentive to our orders. She refilled our coffee when our cups are almost empty. Trystan the chef was very professional.

Food was good but the two younger waitresses had ear pods in and I had to ask for things that I shouldn't have had to ask for, like coffee, water, refills, and to go box & one of them seem to have a bad attitude from the start

I had a PHENOMENAL experience! Every bite was amazing, the staff was warm and welcoming, it was so peaceful....we got STUFFED for $15 each....its 2025, that's rare!!! I highly recommend this specific waffle house if you are in the area, as there are many others! THIS is the one you want!!
