You wait up to 15 minutes for your food when there's no one else in line my hamburger was cold and the order was messed up as always they need to replace everyone there no this isn't the first time it's every time I go there

Just horrible they weren’t even busy. I placed a mobile order for french fries a frosty and the kids meal. The fries were overcooked. The chicken nuggets were overcook. I’m at a point in my life. I am so tired of going back-and-forth with the employees when they see the food that they’re handing out. I’m just done buying Wendy’s as a whole.

Smells like a clogged toilet in the Inside o the restaurant. The staff are extremely rude and I personally will never go back to this location. Would rather they just say they are closed or the computer is down instead of just standing around playing on their phones. It's never a good time at this location.

The place smelled like a dirty grease trap.
The staff just stood there watching us. The entire team. Nobody had on gloves or hairs seats and the cook was on his phone.
Needless to say. I left and won't ever be back to this location.

I ordered a caramel frosty swirl last week from the Rock Hill, MO Wendy's. It was delicious (frozen with a decent amount of caramel in the swirl). Today 5/14/25, I decided to try the strawberry swirl from the Bridgeton Wendy's. Huge mistake!! The employee in drive thru mumbled something about a 10-15 wait and left the speaker abruptly. Decided to go inside (another mistake!! As I approached counter, several unhappy looking employees said not one word ...No hello ..
No be with you in a few minutes ..
Nothing. The unhappy looking guy in a red logo hat took my order as if he really hated being there. The frosty was soupy without a trace of strawberry. I paid for it, left, and drank it down in my car since I paid for it.
Why smiling, happy faces, and delicious swirls in Rock Hill, MO and disgruntled staff in Bridgeton, MO with soupy swirls?

By FAR the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a Wendy’s. The employee MARKUS pays 0 attention has messed up my order 2 times in a row and seems to not care at all. Told not to put ketchup on burger 3 times and still did. The next time I made a mobile order and sat next to the counter for 10 min until I finally had to almost yell and ask for my order that was already done to which he proceeded to mumble under his breath that it’s there stands next to where it is behind the counter and makes me walk behind instead of simply handing it to me when he was right next to it. MARKUS is the type of employee that gives a restaurant bad stigma in consumers minds.

Markus's service was not good at all. I asked for no sauce three times, but still got sauce on my burger. He was also very rude; making rude faces and not being polite at all. Never ran into an issue before hand
