I ordered the number 5 and it was cold...I asked the person that was doing drive through if they had avocados in the wrap because I'm allergic to them...All I got was a rude attitude saying "pull up to the window"...She didn't answer my question...I asked again and no response...She gave me my bag without a word...NEVER coming back...POOR EXCUSE OF SERVICE!!! DO BETTER!!!

I started my order with a "number 4 combo" aka the classic crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink (my friend wanted just the sandwich, but I was getting saucy nugs which didn't come with a meal, so we were going to split it). Anyway I say I wanted the combo Joshua asked "what to drink"? I tell em, he asked "anything else", order my nuggets and go up that window to pay. But it's just my drink and the nuggets on the receipt. I had to state the issue to Joshua several times and I still feel like he never quite understood the issue and I'm not sure where the communication barrier was coming from, we both seemed to be fluent in English and could hear each other.... They ended up giving us the meal free which I'm not sure why, I guess to get me out of the drive thru. But they never apologized for the miscommunication, the manager never said anything to me, just very strange and our food was cold after all that. Y'all should probably invest in a screen that lets you see your order before you pull up to the window... You know like every fast food chain in America? Also Joshua: learn your menu numbers and if that happens again, just add the sandwich and give the fries free to account that I was charged extra for my drink without the combo deal...

How do you turn can I get a NEW SAUSAGE BREAKFAST BURRITO into a chicken biscuit. It sucks you pass by a restaurant stop get food and miles away you realize it's screwed. Then you call and they say we'll comeback... I pass this restaurant once a month if that. 120 miles from home

Had me waiting over 15 minutes from my order and why was inside there waiting on my order another customer brought his sandwich back to the counter three times cuz they messed it up people were coming back in from the drive-thru saying that they had the wrong orders everybody it was working there was all rude manager in the back yelling getting smart with people because their food's not ready and not getting made right very bad experience at that place never go back there again people were walking out

Currently in drive through on 12/13/2024 at 1:14 pm. They are waiting at least 5 mins before they take each person's order at the speaker. This is pathetic! Tried to order online earlier, but their website was glitching and wouldn't allow orders.

Love their prices and quality of food. Due to our need to make money stretch, Wendy's offers a great selection for a family of four. Even though I truly believe in supporting our local economy, I have been utterly disappointed in the service i receive when frequenting here. Nothing worse than no pleasantries, agreesively handing the food to you through the drive thru window and then I open up the bag and see my food prepared less than what you expected. Example in the pic is supposed to be Saucy Nuggets. I beg to differ. know and believe they can do better.
