The evening employees are very rude they roll there eyes when you ask for napkins or ranch and when place a order they speed through it when you ask to repeat it have time it's wrong they don't listen to you I feel they need to replace new employees or the ones they have needs to step it up

Worst Wendy's ever... The people inside literally have no clue of what they are doing... I waited 15 minutes for French fries even tho they gave me burgers and drinks... Then had the audacity to have me pull forward for another 15 minutes... I literally wasted a whole lunch break waiting on fries... So now I got hot fries, cold sandwiches and a melted frostee... Fire them all .. they don't care about the customers at all... But they can laugh, joke and , BS while getting orders wrong.... They most definitely fit the stereotypes of the lazy negro.. pathetic

Went through the drive thru and the window worker had an attitude when she was taking my order and when I got to the window she snatch my card away from me and I ordered a baconator meal and my sandwich didn’t even have any bacon.

Can’t really review the food because I never got to order. Got to the drive thru at 11:30pm. Online it said they closed at 1am. But something else said they close at 12am. Either way, plenty of time to order a meal. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes without being helped. Workers inside goofing off. So I call and said we’ve been sitting here and no one has helped us and asked if they’re open. The guy says for another 10 minutes. So you’re closing at 11:50? 10 minutes earlier than what online states. He was super rude about it and even after we got off the phone I still did not get helped but had workers looking at the car from the drive thru window. Finally left and went somewhere else. It doesn’t matter if you close at 12. You’re still open and I’m there 30 minutes prior.
