I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but after three times I have to leave 1 star. First issue- they lost my credit card. Second issue - they decided to close the drive through and said we had to come inside due to lack of employees. Today- we order, pull up to the window, hand our credit card and they say “oh we are only accepting cash.” Wouldn’t you tell us that at time of ordering?!? All seem like an excuse for lazy employees.

Food was alright for fast food but the service was severely lacking rude, unkind, inconsiderate. Just plain hateful help from the young woman who took our order. I watched her be the same way with everyone she helped that day.

Very dirty place trash everywhere. The soda fountain was covered in Nats,floor looks like it's never been swept or mopped we left couldn't even order was so discussed

Cold burgers, ripped dry buns. Too much sauce, inedible pieces of lettuce.... cmon man. I knew it was gonna suck too. I walked in there and looked around, then walked out. Like I already know. Then loves had nothing in the hot box so I went back... should have heated up a can of chili.

Went in to find something to eat. Restaurant was clean, and well staffed. Cashier was polite, and professional. Food came out quickly, and was fresh. All around an ideal fast food experience.

I dont really eat at wendy's, but I got got gift cards and had some today. There many was frozen on the breakfast so I had no idea what was on their menu. I saw on the ground the mushroom hamburger thing... It taste horrible and smell like warm Purina stuff food! I really didn't wanna take a bite but I thought maybe it's just a weird smell and maybe it might be tasty. I was wroooong! It was sour and the taste was just horrid. I can't describe it. And the bacon was like cardboard. I got the kids nuggets and they were okay but one was really really hard... I decided to treat myself after a really crappy day to their cinnamon roll thing... Holy cow that thing was stale and rock hard!!
The incompetence of the workers to let anyone eat this garbage is baffling! A prisoner with half a braincell could figure out how to do this job! In high school I worked fast food only so this is really extremely UNEXPECTABLE service. Whoever was on the line today needs to be let go, completely fired... I would hope that the supervisor or manager would fire them.Because who would want anybody to keep someone on their payroll!! Who will give out old old food that can make people extremely sick to include children!! God forbid that some inspector we come and check your place out- you would not pass!! The only positive thing I have is the lady at the drive through that had the ling pink braids was extremely nice and polite.
This place sucks. They do not open at 6:30. I just drove all the way over there. They’re closed.

Very Rude Service Nobody at front counter two people in the kitchen area with hand down pants and on phone apparently the counter person was on the loves side and had a line of 5 people and we were all waiting about 10 mins to order then was rudely told it was only taking card no cash worst wendys ever I normally don't leave reviews but this was ridiculous it was completely empty except the 5 people in line so there shouldn't have been a wait that long
