I hate walking into a place and the employee doesn’t care about the customers by being on their phone! He stayed on that phone.. it’s crazy to see that people don’t have any customer service skills!! This location needs a meeting FR!!!
The evening employees are very rude they roll there eyes when you ask for napkins or ranch and when place a order they speed through it when you ask to repeat it have time it's wrong they don't listen to you I feel they need to replace new employees or the ones they have needs to step it up
They didn't have the product for what i order I'm assuming is because they was closings but it shouldn't matter I did a online order I didn't get what I paid for this happen wendsday around 11:30pm the service was good the guy that was working in the back on the table was cool and the young lady that was in drive threw was cool only issue I had is I didn't get what paid for I'm assuming I'm supposed to ask for a refund online on the app I really...
