Came through the drive through. I was ignored for 10 minutes. Then yelled at by a worker for not stopping at the right window. Windows that were unattended! Extremely unprofessional. I left cause had I stayed there would have been an altercation for sure.

I absolutely love White Castle sliders. Although the food is great I have to report I had to wait a very long time for 8 cheese sliders to be given to me from the location in Fenton/Valley Park.
Getting off work at 4:30 am just to donate money to your business because the night shift isn't doing their job, except sitting around collecting a check. The guy that took my order had frustrated about taking the order as I could hear vulgar language coming from the speaker so ordered anyway just to see which White Castle not to visit again. This is the second one in two weeks that completely wasted my money and I can't believe they still have job. This one and the one on Natural Bridge and 170 both need to be fired for future references I will be taking my business elsewhere. I just remembered one other late night restaurant that's open when I get off.

Inside was closed... waited all that time in the Drive-Thru because of the inside being closed and then my food was cold! Really upset too because I was on my way back home to Texas and I wanted that White Castle and for that to be the experience was a bummer!

I'm about sanitation and the fact that the person who was cooking shirt kept touching the buns was upsetting to me. Order was messed up, attitudes were meh...they don't speak or ask how can I help you, they just stand there looking at you until you start talking.
