I will just start by sayin NO!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Worst location I have ever been to, to date. Bathrooms and lobby are not cleaned. Freestyle pop machine empty of most selections. Employees are rude and un helpful. Food was disgusting and ill prepared. Just save yourself some unwanted bathroom time and dignity and go somewhere else or to a different White Castle location. Smalls Sliders down the street is an excellent alternative. I even saw one of the White Castle employees eating there instead of their own store with their company apron still on. If I could go with zero stars I would.

I was in the line behind another car for 5 mins at the drive up menu. It wasn't that many people in line to start like another car at the window to get food. When I ordered I asked for chocolate shakes, the lady said "oh I got to see if the machine is on". I got the shakes they were runny like. This establishment takes forever to do things and when you get the items they are poor. Not going back.

Tried to go inside and order my food at about 7:45 A.M. and the doors were LOCKED they were serving drive thru only. I drive a large truck that does not fit in the drive thru. Do better its not that hard to leave the door unlocked to take orders inside don't give me excuses. 1 star because i wasn't even given the opportunity to try the food.

When ordering at the drive thru I always repeat my order 2 times just to make sure they heard me right. So I said to employee no 488 10 sliders/ no cheese and she says 10 cheeseburgers-no cheese. I repeat 10 sliders/ no cheese. So I pull up to pay the cashier says 10 cheeseburgers and I say no I didn't order that-so words were exchanged and I pay. When I got my order there was burgers throwed together-look like someone throwed a bowl full of onions and loads of pickles in the bag instead of putting the onions/pickles on the burgers. The cashier was very rude. I'm sure she wouldn't want anyone talking to her mother like the way she spoke to me and treatment as well. I have been a regular customer at this location, but with this kind of service/treatment-I would go that extra mild for good customer service. The young people working there at this particular location could use a class starting with courtesy, respect, and yes ma'am and no sir wouldn't hurt to be taught to our younger generation.
